Perfectly positioned on the shores of Flathead Lake, this rare property combines private lakefront living with the convenience of being within walking distance of local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and lakeside attractions. Guests consistently tell us that being able to stroll into town while enjoying a private waterfront setting is one of their favorite aspects of the property.

With a private dock, expansive outdoor amenities, and Glacier National Park just a scenic drive away, this is the ideal base for making unforgettable Montana memories.

The Main House

Inside, every detail is designed for comfort and connection. Gather in the inviting living room featuring plush seating, a large Smart TV, foosball table, and cozy wood-burning stove. The chef's kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island, breakfast bar seating for six, and a dining area framed by breathtaking lake views.

The two primary suites serve as private retreats, each with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the water. One features a jetted soaking tub, while the other offers a steam shower. The third bedroom features a twin-over-twin bunk bed with an additional twin trundle bed that pulls out from underneath, providing three twin mattresses total.

Guest House Layout

The guest house offers six bedrooms and three bathrooms across two separate levels.

The upper level is accessed via an exterior staircase and features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, living area, dining space, and balcony perfect for enjoying morning coffee or al fresco meals with lake views.

The lower level has its own private ground-level entrance and includes a bunk room and an additional bedroom with a queen bed. Each bunk bed in the bunk room includes an additional twin trundle bed that pulls out from underneath. Each trundle has one twin mattress. A bathroom is also located on this level.

Important: The upper and lower levels of the guest house are not connected internally. There is no interior access between the two spaces. Guests planning to accommodate younger children in the downstairs bunk room should carefully consider this layout, as access between levels requires going outside and using the separate entrances.

Outdoor Living

Step outside to your own private lakeside resort. Spend sunny days in the full-size heated Olympic pool, relax in the hot tub, challenge friends to a game on the basketball hoop, or let the kids enjoy the trampoline and enclosed yard with play set.

The expansive patio features multiple gas grills, outdoor dining areas, and a lakeside fire pit where you can gather under Montana's incredible night skies.

Stroll across the lawn to the private dock and rocky beach for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, or simply soaking in the stunning views of Flathead Lake and the surrounding mountains.

Lake Access & Boating

Guests are welcome to use the private dock and may tie up a boat during their stay.

Please note that the boat lift is not available for guest use. During portions of the summer, the owners' boat may be stored on the lift. On occasion, the owners may briefly access the dock to retrieve or return their boat, but they will not otherwise use the property or interfere with guests' enjoyment of the home.

Guests are welcome to use the private dock. Any boats rented or brought to the property are moored at the guest's own risk. Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the dock, lift, shoreline structures, or neighboring property caused by their boat or the operation of any watercraft during their stay.
