Great location and cute apartment. But it's like it wasn't finished being cleaned before we got there. The toilet was filthy, bathroom floor dirty, living area floor not swept (I found loose change and broken jewelry in plain sight), only one bath towel clean and the whole place smelled like dirty mop water. I had to go and purchase cleaner to clean the toilet myself. We found towels left in the washer full of water so we finished that and luckily had more towels after all. I messaged the host about this but I didn't get a response. Which I thought was very unprofessional. The communication ahead of our stay was great but once I complained I heard nothing. Also... Host needs to invest in curtains at least in the bedroom area because it's almost as bright as day time in there at night.

Simple, no frills, quiet and easily accessible. Bathroom and shower were large. Kitchen was nice but not well stocked in terms of cups (only 2 coffee mugs - no glasses or even plastic cups - we donated 2). Plenty of pots and pans. Bed was foam but comfortable. No dish soap or dishwasher pods but that's an easy fix if you choose to use those. Would have been nice to have a dishcloth and kitchen dishtowel - had to use a hand towel from the bathroom. Overall great space for the price.

Convient to many downtown attractions. Within a brisk walk of browns staduim. Gated well lit safe parking lot. The bldg is clean with keypad or keyfob entry. The apartment is spacious and inviting. The washer and dryer are a bonus for those who may need them. The kitchen/ dining living room area is more the adequate for guest. The bathroom is large with a standup shower and well lit. The bedroom is large with a double closet giving you space to store your luggage out the way. It's new to the platform so there are some minor tweaks the host can most definitely make. Nothing that's a deal breaker to 99%of travelers. The host responded to my one question within a hour or so after contact this was the day before my stay began which i appreciated. If in Cleveland again i would definitely book again.

This VRBO experience was less than ideal, and while I recognize that Terrell is new to being a host, the basics were lacking. I will say the bed and pillows were very comfortable.Check-in instruction were never emailed to me.Directions from the parking lot to the building were unclear, and I ended up walking up and down the street unnecessarily carrying my luggage. I had to request WiFi information.Kitchen: No utensils, plates, cups. Baking/cooking supplies were there, but we had to purchase dishwashing soap/pods and sponge.Bathroom: Insufficient amount of towels for the number of guests registered; no trashcan, bath soap/shampoo or hair dryer. There was dried toothpaste and hair in the sink and on the counter when we first got there.The TV remote stopped working on the second day. We had to download a remote control app.The outside security lights behind the building are located next to the bedroom and living room windows. They remained on all night, and the unit was never dark.The biggest inconvenience was that it took several minutes every time we needed to lock or unlock the door using the keypad.While Terrell did bring more towels (that he needed to wash and dry in the machines in the unit) and some kitchen items on the afternoon of our second day there, there was no follow up on other matters that were brought to his attention. The overall experience was disappointing and frustrating.
