The apartment was fantastic! Neighbors not so much. They knocked the rating down a star. Apartment was clean and well kept. The parking was right there. 5 minutes from the arena and 10 minutes from the Rock Hall of Fame. Overall a great stay.

The building/area was just okay, but it was relatively quiet for my dog other than outside city noises (which was to be expected). The room itself was nicely remodeled and fairly comfortable. Definitely worth the price.

The apt itself was clean but the building was not quiet. Thin walls and unfortunately very loud neighbors blasting music fri and sat at all hours. While that wasn't within the hosts control it was very disruptive to our trip. The water pressure is lacking in the shower and the bed is very hard. So be prepared for those things.

Good place to stay. Not the best neighborhood but for the price it was good. Only problem was very very low water pressure in shower and shower doors were not properly attached. Accident waiting to happen on that in my opinion. Other than that it was great. Very quiet even though it's a above a restaurant.

The place was cute inside and the onsite parking was great. It was easy access to driving downtown. The floors were sticky and the comforter had that sour smell like it was left in the washer wet too long.

It's a noisy place, thin walls, not a comfortable bed with the plastic covering, lacked ability to properly control the temp.

Apartment was clean and had some cooking items, plates, utensils etc. Washer/dryer unit didn't work well for me, BUT I didn't notify the property owner. Plenty of parking in the BACK of the building. Gas station, reasonably priced very close. Close to highway. Best arrive/unpack and leave/pack up during sunlight hours. Would stay again.

The room was a perfect space for me and my boyfriend to spend a night in Ohio before our concert. The decor is cute, we loved the cheetah print rug, and the kitchen space was stocked with everything we needed! The host is quick to respond to any questions you may have. We loved it!

This is an exceptionally charming and cozy studio. The kitchen is laid out with all ameneties, the TV on wall rotates and swivels to see in varous locations. The bathroom was nice and upgraded and had a washer dryer combo! The entrance is behind a restaurant which I loved as it was occupied by workers and customers to me was an increase in safety. TONS of parking spaces as well.

The hallways smelled of marijuana. The bed was hard and there’s weren’t enough blankets and pillows to be comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed but it could have been a little cleaner. There were crumbs all over the floor and I had to wiped down the toilet before I could use it.
