With 3 bedrooms featuring king and queen beds, 3 bathrooms with all the amenities, and an additional office space with a comfy sofa bed, this welcoming retreat has everything you need for a serene stay. Experience this cook's kitchen, large enough for a crowd, and an open-concept dining area that accommodates 6 comfortably. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our Ranch! Complement your stay with two separate living areas, both with big screen TV's, and a wet bar/kitchenette with full size refrigerator on the lower level. Entertain and dine outdoors, on the beautiful private covered deck; complete with Blackstone griddle. Come enjoy a perfectly silent nights sleep under a big starry sky with no light pollution at the beautiful Woodgate Ranch!

Lovely stay in great, well-appointed house on the edge of green space. Great layout with card table and 2 kings, queen and daybed. Attentive host with great recommendations and easy check-in and check-out. Deer stop by daily in green space!

The property was very clean and presented as a beautiful home. The house was nicely stocked with paper goods, etc. The views were very relaxing and coffee on the front deck was a great way to start the day. Communicating with the host was fast and easy. Drip coffee maker and coffee bean grinder onsite. Host provided Starbucks coffee beans for fresh coffee daily.

This is exactly as described, a comfortable stay in a secluded, almost rural, area. The house was just right for our needs, and we enjoyed watching the wildlife and having such a quiet stay away from the bustle and lights of town. That said, all Ithaca amenities were only a short drive, maybe 10 minutes. Restaurants, parks, grocery were all easy to get to.Our host always replied quickly to any questions we had, walked us through a couple of things, in a friendly manner. Very grateful for the comfort!

There are a ton of reasons to visit Ithaca aside from checking out colleges. Gail’s house is perfectly situated on a quiet street that dead ends but also overlooks stunning forests and farmland. The house itself is very cool, well designed and loved. The beds are all extremely comfortable (great mattresses). And I already miss that picture window with views over green spaces. This is first place I stayed where check out instructions were - don’t worry, no need to clean up! (That said, I did try not to leave a mess).
