A quick drive away from downtown Ithaca, Cayuga Lake, Cornell University and Ithaca College, this cozy two-story house is the perfect get away with all the amenities you could possibly need.
Relax outside on the patio while listening to the sound of running water from the creek in the back yard. Roast some marshmallows over the fire in the outdoor fire pit. Cozy up inside the house and play games, or watch your favorite movie or show. It's the perfect place for you to create unforgettable memories.

Family wedding stay

This place was very nice, clean , lots of room . We stayed for our son’s wedding in the area. Easy contact with host , easy check in and out. Would highly recommend stay.

Perfect House for a Large Group

This house was the perfect place for our extended family to stay. There was so much seating with the huge couches and beautiful outdoor areas. The kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils, dishes, and cookware. Everything was so clean and welcoming.

Wonderful house

This property is wonderful! We had a group of 8 adults and was perfect! Enough room for everyone. Downstairs family room is a great place to hang out and the outside area! Gorgeous! Would definitely stay again!!!!

Cornell move in

Our family of 4 adults stayed here while we moved our freshman into Cornell. House was perfect for our needs - awesome basement set up for family movies and hanging out. House was Close to campus and met our needs. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect house and location for large family

Our large extended family of 10 stayed at Megan’s and it was perfect. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, large family rooms in both the upstairs and downstairs, large bedrooms with plenty of spaces to sleep, 3 bathrooms which is a necessity with lots of adults and kids and the outdoor space is just beautiful. If you are looking for a place that is spacious, clean, a responsive host and beautiful location I highly recommend Megan and her home!

Graduation weekend

Everything was perfect! The home was spotless, beds super comfy, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed, nice deck and outside sitting area. Location was great for our Cornell graduation! Megan,our host, was happy to answer all questions throughout the visit !

Ithaca College visit

We wanted a place that we all could stay together as we attended a recital at Ithaca College. This was the perfect place! We all had a perfect room to sleep, a beautiful space to eat, and lots of room to socialize. Very close to Ithaca. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Ithaca College Graduation

Desired house near Ithaca College, Cornell, wineries and Ithaca Commons that also provided living space allowing us to get away from graduation crowds. This location met our objectives perfectly. Loved the outside spaces and bedrooms, bathrooms, common rooms and kitchen worked wonderfully. Property manager was very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable -- including recommending restaurants and wineries for our group.

Wonderful stay

We came to see Ithaca College with my daughter and the stay at this house was perfect. Very close to everything. It was super clean and Megan responded very promptly to everything. The beds were very comfortable and the house was prettier than the pictures show. I wish that the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed the beautiful backyard more. Oh and if there was a microwave or toaster. Those were the only two amenities missing.

Great stay

My family and I had a great weekend at this house. We came to town for my cousins wedding weekend and this was the perfect place to stay so we can all spend time together instead of staying at the overpriced hotel. The rooms and living spaces were comfortable and the perfect fit for our group of 9. The house was stocked with everything we could need. The outdoor space was really nice and we loved being able to light a fire and make s’mores at night. I loved having my morning coffee outside listening to the running stream in the back. The host was quick to respond to the questions I had before we got there. Would definitely recommend at anyone
