Welcome to our 2 spacious bedrooms with a private bathroom!
Located in a peaceful, convenient neighborhood:
• 500 m to Hwy 1 (Exit 11)
• 5 km to Cypress Mountain (15 km to ski)
• 6 km to Stanley Park, 8 km to Downtown
• 5 km to Capilano, 13 km to Horseshoe Bay
• 4 km to a shopping mall, 5 min walk to a bus stop
Layout: Two second-floor bedrooms (queen & double) with a Jack and Jill private bathroom.
Parking: Free street parking.
Cleanliness: Professionally cleaned for your comfort.
This is a 2-bedroom rental, and the price includes both rooms. Guests will have exclusive access to the two bedrooms and a private bathroom. They will receive a code to enter the house, go upstairs, pass through the common area, and access their rooms.
A laundry room is available at no extra charge during your stay. If you’d like to use it, please let me know when you make your reservation.
No parties, no indoor smoking, no pets; please be mindful that other residents live in the house (quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM), and the total number of people on the property, including visitors, must not exceed 4, per city bylaw.
