Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. The property was even better than expected. Great windows and views out the north and south and the location was wonderful. The kids appreciated the puzzles and games for evenings

We loved the place! And the location. And the view!! But they need more silverware. We had to run the dishwasher three times per day unless we wanted to hand wash. Otherwise, all good!!

The stay was great, however, to my own fault I left a valuable piece of clothing in the master bedroom closet of the unit. I realized my mistake two days after the fact and I immediately called the property management company to report it missing. After many attempts to talk to someone I was finally able to speak with someone to express the urgency of the issue. They seemed indifferent and said they'd "check with the cleaning crew". I asked if another party had reserved the unit, to which they replied that they had and I happened to call the day the same day the party checked in. To my knowledge there was no attempt to contact the folks who had the unit, so I messaged the property manager on the website. Three days later I received a response saying they sent someone to look for my clothing, but they didn't find anything. I can only assume it was taken by the cleaning crew or the people who reserved it right after me.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m truly sorry for the frustration this has caused. We understand how important your clothing item is to you and regret that it wasn’t recovered. To clarify, once a guest departs, we rely on housekeeping to report any items found during turnover. In this case, no item was documented, and by the time your call reached us, the unit had already been re‑occupied. For privacy reasons, we’re unable to contact new guests about belongings left behind, but we did send staff to re‑check the unit as soon as possible. Unfortunately, nothing was located. We know this outcome is disappointing, and we sincerely empathize with your situation. Please know that we follow a consistent lost‑and‑found process, and while we cannot guarantee recovery after a unit has been re‑occupied, we do everything possible within those procedures.
