Magnolia Breeze is an elegant and recently renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom home located in the prestigious Southgate neighborhood of Sarasota. Just a short 10-minute drive from the world-famous Siesta Key Beach and its charming village, this stylish residence offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and Florida charm. Inside, the home features tasteful décor and original terrazzo flooring throughout the bedrooms and living spaces, creating a cool and inviting atmosphere ideal for Florida’s warmer months.

The spacious primary suite includes direct access to the pool area through patio doors, while all bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated and equipped with ample storage, ensuring a restful stay. The modern, fully remodeled kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, generous counter space, and a range of small appliances including a coffee maker, electric kettle, smoothie maker, microwave, and toaster. Guests can enjoy meals at the formal dining table, which seats six, or opt for the casual kitchen dining area for more relaxed gatherings.

Great House, Great location!

This is a well appointed 3 bedroom House with a very nice caged in pool and patio area. It’s on a quiet street that is convenient to Siesta Key beach as well as downtown Sarasota. The management company that takes care of the property for the owners is very attentive. Anytime we called Stefan, he responded right away. We just left this house after staying there for 3 months and we have already booked it for 3 months next year. We highly recommend this property.

A week in Sarasota

The location of this house was great. We were able to get downtown and out to the beaches easily. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The house very well appointed with all the amenities we needed. We loved the terrazzo floors and back porch. The gift basket was perfect! Thank you for your hospitality.

Great Location, cozy home, nice pool

Home is in a great location. Very close to many beaches. We went to Siesta Key beach, Nokomis beach, Lido beach, and Turtle beach. Great communication with host. We had a minor issue with the air conditioner. We went one night with no air conditioning but communicating with host and they stated it would be fixed by the next day. It was hot for the one night but they did get it fixed by the next evening. House was nice, lots of pool floaties, body boards and many other toys. Overall we had a good experience and would recommend others to book this home.

Perfect Family Vacation

We stayed here with two young kids and grandparents and we enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The house was beautiful and clean. There was enough room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The pool and Lanai were especially enjoyable. The primary bedroom had a big walk-in closet, big enough to fit a crib!! Stefan from Gulfcoast was very helpful and attentive. Response to all questions were very quick. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location!

This home was centrally located to all the area attractions! We visited Siesta Key Beach, Lido Beach, St. Armand’s Circle, the Botanical Gardens, and the Mote Aquarium during our visit. The pictures in the listing are accurate. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the pool area! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our traditional Christmas dinner. We were minutes away from Yoder’s… an amazing spot to eat! Their homemade bread was yummy! Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing!!

Our recent stay was lovely. The home was clean and welcoming. The outdoor patio was inviting and relaxing and we spent most of our time there. The amenities were as advertised and a glitch in the WI FI was quickly correct by the property owner. Close to beaches and downtown. Only downfall was the mattress in master bedroom, it was very uncomfortable, recommend replacing. I would highly recommend this property!

The property overall was good. The pool on the ground was not cleaned so we had to skim pool. The bed in the master bedroom was too high due to an extra mattress as there was also a bed frame. The pocket door in the master bathroom was not easy to close. When it did close it was difficult to open. The drive to the beach was further than we anticipated. The sliding doors were not easy to open from the outside as there were no grips but the outdoor space was very enjoyable. The grill was not cleaned as well. The overall experience was good and I would stay there again.

Quiet and tranquil

The positives of this rental are many. Foremost it's in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and you barely hear anything at night. The house was very clean and spacious. The owners had put TVs in the living room and two bedrooms, so that was thoughtful, although you needed the remote from the master bedroom to adjust the volume for the living room TV as none of the remotes in the living room were able to do that. Netflix and more was available so that was a real plus and appreciated. The pool was quite nice, but a real negative was it was not sufficiently clean (FYI to future renters, the pool and lawn services come on Wednesday), so we had two days of a pool with actual piles of dirt on the bottom. The pool guy's first visit to clean the pool didn't even get the dirt from the bottom, so at our request management brought him back to really clean it. His excuse was his vacuum hose was cracked and he swept the dirt into the pool drain, which he could've done on his first visit. The check-in process is archaic as the Gulfcoast Homes rep, who was actually very pleasant and courteous, had to come by the house and have us sign some documents. All of this should and could have been done online. It interrupts the flow of your vacation when you have to wait for someone to come by your house with papers to sign. A minor issue is the washer and dryer are in the hot and stuffy garage, but overall the house is very pleasant with a relaxing lanai. I would recommend to others if Gulfcoast can fix their drive-by check-in process.

Wonderful!

My family really enjoyed this rental. It was perfect for the 5 of us. The pool was really nice to come back to and relax. Loved walking through this neighborhood as it is so different than Iowa! It was a short drive to the amazing Siesta Key Beach. The garage had a cooler and beach chairs which was a plus. We did leave our beach wagon and boogie boards behind for the next guests:) The property manager was great to work with and so helpful. Very clean, lovely home! Definitely recommend

No attention to details

The photos on VRBO looked very nice upon booking but when we arrived we realized that we were somewhat mislead. To start with there is a dead tree next to the driveway and the roof obviously is in need of replacement. The furniture inside and on the patio was pretty in the photos, but worn out and uncomfortable to sit in for more than a few minutes. The pool area had a tremendous tripping hazard in the form a large railing on the floor in addition to the clearly original doors to the home which were very difficult to lock and unlock. Finally, while the bathrooms were pretty, the pocket door to the master bathroom did not close all the way. Additionally the beds, while comfortable, had bed linens with holes and stains on them. Not to mention the loud construction and incessant noise from the trucks parked in front of our rental and across the street.

Wonderful getaway

The property was spotless and very well stocked with everything we could have wanted. Private pool area and lanai was great for relaxing after a long day of adventure. Easy access to Beaches, Mote, and restaurants. Love this area and really enjoyed the house. Would definately recommend and stay there again.

I love the house as it is less than 15 min drive from everywhere you want to visit, Siesta Key, downtown Sarasota, bars and restaurants all n Gulf Gate, Lakewood Ranch. Everything is so close.

I think the house reflects our personality, it’s colorful and fun, but also cosy and homely and I think the moment you walk in, you just want to kick back and relax, however I think the best part of the house is the outdoor area, it’s so quiet and private out there, but with the bar and outdoor seating, you don’t want to go out as it’s more fun to stay home
