This spacious 8-bedroom, 6-bathroom lakeview villa is perfect for large families, multi-family groups, and business travelers seeking comfort, entertainment, and resort-style amenities.
Step into nearly 5,000 sq. ft. of beautifully designed living space that sleeps up to 17 guests. Each bedroom features its own theme inspired by iconic Florida destinations—Clearwater beaches, NASA adventures, Miami art vibes, and more—creating a fun and immersive experience for all ages.
Enjoy endless entertainment in your private home theater with 8 recliners, premium surround sound, and an HD projector. Upstairs, the fully equipped game room offers arcade consoles, a pool table, foosball, air hockey, and additional gaming setups for friendly competition.
Outside, your private screened pool and spa overlook a peaceful lake—an ideal setting for relaxing in the Florida sun. Dine outdoors under the covered patio or fire up the BBQ (available for rent). Pool heat is available upon request.

As a family, we love how peaceful and beautifully maintained the neighborhood is, while still being just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, golf, and entertainment.
The resort amenities were a major deciding factor for us, our daughter loves the splash pad and lazy river, and we enjoy the clubhouse, gym, and relaxing pool areas. The 24/7 gated security also gives us peace of mind, especially when hosting large families.
But what we love most are the lake views and the calm atmosphere. After a fun day at the parks, there’s nothing better than coming back to a quiet, safe, and relaxing community. It offers the ideal balance between excitement and tranquility.
