For me the most important thing was the constant communication with the owners. Had a minor issue and informed the owners. I got a very quick response and my problem was resolved fairly quickly. My children enjoyed the the water park as well as the house pool. We also loved the theater room, it was used a lot for movie night. The beds were comfortable. Each room was very clean and neat.The only thing that I would change would be to purchase better towels for drying off after taking a shower. My family really enjoyed ourselves, especially my children they did not want to leave.

Great location. I highly recommend extra money for the pool heat. We ask for this everywhere we stay and this is the first place we stayed that truly delivered. We go to Florida at least 2 times a year. Pool could be used anytime. This home was a dream for kids. Games galore. Lights were amazing. Hosts were very easy to keep in touch with at all times with any questions or concerns we may have.

Originally from Venezuela and now based in Florida, we’ve always shared a passion for hospitality, design, and building spaces where people can feel cared for and completely at home.

As parents and frequent travelers ourselves, we understand how special family vacations are, especially when multiple generations come together. That’s why we designed this villa with comfort, fun, and connection in mind. We chose every detail thinking about how we would want to travel: spacious rooms, entertainment for all ages, beautiful outdoor areas, and a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in.

Hosting gives us joy because it allows us to share our favorite part of Florida with guests from around the world. We hope your stay here becomes part of the memories you’ll look back on for years to come.

We chose Windsor at Westside because it truly has everything we value in a vacation community: security, comfort, resort-style amenities, and the perfect location near Disney and Orlando’s top attractions. As a family, we love how peaceful and beautifully maintained the neighborhood is, while still being just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, golf, and entertainment.

The resort amenities were a major deciding factor for us, our daughter loves the splash pad and lazy river, and we enjoy the clubhouse, gym, and relaxing pool areas. The 24/7 gated security also gives us peace of mind, especially when hosting large families.

But what we love most are the lake views and the calm atmosphere. After a fun day at the parks, there’s nothing better than coming back to a quiet, safe, and relaxing community. It offers the ideal balance between excitement and tranquility.
