Hello and welcome to Sunshine Villa! We’re Charlie and Heather Dougherty, a family from Maryland who fell in love with Windsor Hills after countless magical vacations to Disney with our kids. Like so many families, we wanted a place that felt luxurious, relaxing, and fun — a home where memories could be made from sunrise swims to bedtime laughter. Sunshine Villa is the result of that dream.
When we found this property, we knew it was special — just two miles from Disney, tucked inside one of the safest and most family-friendly resorts in Orlando. We’ve thoughtfully updated every corner to make it comfortable, stylish, and ready for guests of all ages. From the Star Wars–themed game room designed with our kids in mind to the heated pool and spa perfect for unwinding after the parks, every detail was created to deliver a stress-free and unforgettable stay.
