Welcome to Mermaid’s Hideaway—where nature and beauty abound with this luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom gem in the heart of West Bay Beach, Roatan. This spacious 3rd story unit is a three-minute walk from the most popular beach in Roatan and features a fully equipped kitchen, AC, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, 50” smart TV, two Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and much more. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds and with 2 full-bathrooms there is plenty of room to relax in the AC before you go out on your adventures in Roatan. Whether you are into diving, snorkeling, water sports, hiking, ziplining, cute animals, or just relaxing on the beach-- there is something for everyone in Roatan!

Quiet location near West Bay Beach. The condo description is accurate on VRBO. Gladys who manages the property is very nice and attentive. It's so nice to have her personal touch in our vacation which is a rare experience on the VRBO platform. Thanks Gladys! I would come back to Mermaid's Hideaway in the future.

Beautiful condo just a block from the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed except for a blender and the manager quickly picked one up. Owner supplied umbrella and Beach chairs which can be costly to rent on the beach. One thing That would improve the place would be a comfy king sized bed. My wife and i got used to king sized beds so we are spoiled that way. The place is very functional with comfortable living room furniture and very functional kitchen and living space . The only reason I would not recommend this unit would be so I can still rent it next year lol.

We are the Young family and we live in Brentwood, Tennessee when we're not staying at Mermaid's Hideaway. My wife and I are both special education teachers. I teach high school and my wife teaches middle school. I am also on the board for a foundation that supports non-profits and we love supporting various non-profits throughout the world. We have two children who are currently in the 5th and 2nd grade. When we are not teaching our favorite thing to do is to spend time at Mermaid's Hideaway and we hope that you will love it as much as we do.

We went on a cruise several years ago and one of the stops was in Roatan. We ended up taking a day trip to Bananarama in West Bay Beach and fell in love with the place. The perfect temperature of the water, along with the clarity, and the fact that there is amazing snorkeling right off the beach are only a few of the reasons that West Bay Beach became our favorite beach in the world. We dreamed of going back to Roatan and West Bay Beach and this past July we finally made that a reality. We fell in love with it all over again and saw that a beautiful condominium was for sale and decided to buy our dream home in Roatan. Now we share that with you and we hope you fall in love with Roatan just like we did. Enjoy!

Mermaid's Hideaway has everything you need for an amazing vacation. The most important being that it is literally 800 feet from West Bay Beach. It comes with everything you need and just to name a few are comfortable beds and three AC units to keep the entire condo a pleasant temperature. A fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make your own meals. Tommy Bahama beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided for your use on the beach. Free WIFI and a 50 inch smart tv with cable and various streaming services. And last but not least--a relaxing vibe that will melt your troubles away and let you enjoy West Bay Beach and Roatan to the fullest.
