Bring your family and enjoy this spacious condo with expansive fabulous views, whether relaxing, dining, or streaming your favorites on TV. Always freshly maintained, you can expect a stylish living room and beautiful bedrooms inspired by coastal style, beach decor, plus all the extras such as flat screen TVs. Fantastic oceanfront views from the nicely furnished 27 foot wide balcony.

You will appreciate the UPDATED kitchen with granite counter tops and full size black appliances. Enjoy cooking family style meals with all the essentials -- glassware, dishware, utensils, cookware, coffee makers. Plan a cookout on the outdoor community grills and have a beach picnic with the whole gang. The living room has a comfy sofa, occasional chair, and 2 recliners (New 2024). Enjoy the large flat screen TV for movie night. There is seating for 6 at the dining table plus 3 stools at the breakfast bar.

The main bedroom has a KING bed, ceiling fan, large flat screen TV and private bathroom remodeled separate, oversized shower with glass enclosure. Both of the other bedrooms, has 2 QUEEN beds, NEW MATTRESSES (2023), ceiling fans and flat screen TVs.

Crescent Shores is a resort style complex with indoor and outdoor pools, 2 hot tubs, lazy river, kiddie pool, charcoal outdoor grills, outdoor showers and a fitness room. A 6-story FREE garage for covered parking. On site security is also provided. Beach access is just a short boardwalk over the dunes and you have arrived for fun in the sun! Beach umbrellas and chairs are available for rent directly in front of the condo on the beach. Other adventures are also available for purchase directly on the beach. Next door is Molly Darcy’s, an oceanfront pub with indoor and outdoor seating, sports bar and pool tables.

Minutes away, in the heart of Windy Hill, North Myrtle Beach is the most popular destination, Barefoot Landing. Enjoy broadway-style live musical productions at The Alabama Theatre. Famous concert performances are a regular at the House of Blues and over 100 shops and restaurants criss-cross the boardwalks over the 26 acres of open waters. The waterfront complex has undergone a huge makeover to bring in fresh new specialty boutiques and great eateries. There are kids attractions and weekly summer outdoor concerts to go with the fireworks displays. You'll find everything from the best beach wear, shoe shopping, wonderful sweet shops filled with treats, to LIVE alligators to amaze. You can rent jet skis on the Waterway, cruise in a dinner boat, rent a pontoon or guided fishing expedition; even enjoy the views from one of the fantastic BareFoot restaurants

There are fireworks displays weekly during the summer season. great condo! was close to what we needed! great beach access and pool , as well as close to a few things like ice cream that we could walk to! rooms were kinda jam packed/ tight with furniture to get good locations for pack n play for the infant to sleep

Fantastic place to stay. Everything you need just a few steps away. Beach access, warm pool and lazy river, mini mart, T-shirt/souvenir shop, pub restaurant, & ice cream shop. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient Location

Loved watching the parasailing and banana boats from the balcony. Easy rental of those directly on the beach at the condo as well as beach chairs and umbrellas. The city bus stops at the condo and offers great coverage of the area. The balcony furniture was nice and sturdy. The pool wasn't cleaned as well as it should have. The queen bedrooms were small than they seem in the pictures. Overall our stay was good

Crescent Shores

My 3 Sons & I had a great week at Crescent Shores. The description & pictures were very accurate. The property was great including the pools & access to the beach. The only thing I’d recommend is that the host provides beach gear including beach towels, chairs, umbrella & cooler. I was able to rent them but it’s an expense that could’ve been eliminated. Having to pack 5 beach towels was inconvenient for packing purposes. Other than that, we all loved it & would stay there again.

Nice condo and beautiful view

We had 9 women in this condo for a Ladies Bible study retreat. Our age range was 45-83. We really enjoyed our location of the condo and view of the ocean. Right on the beach! Decorated nicely and plenty of room for games and activities. The only issues were 1, the washer didn't work and was not able to be repaired or replaced. With 9 ladies, that was a huge inconvenience. 2. The shower head in the master bedroom kept falling off and eventually could not be put back on. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend this condo to others. Hope to return in the future )but definitely will check if washer is in working condition.

The only thing that was a bit petty was that they charged me $75 because a recliner was moved from one side of the bed to another and “they had to pay several guys to move it back.” The other couple in our group (the husband) move it to be able to get to the balcony better.

The condo was beautiful. The view was fantastic. Check in was quick and the office was conveniently located. Tracey checked me in and she was very thorough. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pans and utensils I would highly recommend.

Where do I start; one functioning elevator, parking access limited and across the street, very limited household supplies for the condo. The beds were tired and furniture dated. I wouldn’t recommend this property or property management group.
