Located in the highly sought-after Turquoise Place Resort in Orange Beach, this spacious condo features breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters right from your private balcony.

We enjoyed our stay but there were issues that were not resolved. The rug in the living room was very dirty and needs to be replaced. The sliding door to the deck was so hard to open that I had to have help to open it and so did my kids. I called the host about this and they said they would get someone out to repair it but they never did. The grill was very dirty and so were the tools that you were supposed to "clean" it with, and one of them had metal teeth which as everyone knows you are not supposed to use on grills, the metal teeth can get in your food and cause health problems. And I was not happy that any maintaince person could just let themselves in anytime, oh yes they knocked, but if you are in the shower or taking a nap you couldn't hear them. And that is what happened one day. The hot tup guy came every single day to clean the hot tub, that is excessive, and he would let himself in, and just walk through. One day I was in the shower and didn't hear him knock, the apartment is large, therefore I almost walked out and embarrassed him and myself. All in all there were 10 entries from "maintaince" in our 5 days. I don't like someone in my paid for space when I am out, or when I decide I want to rest and take a nap or shower. Not acceptible. This all needs to be checked and taken care of. I most likely will not use this host again. The property is beautiful, but you go on vacation to rest, not to be disturbed twice a day.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad you enjoyed the beautiful property, but we sincerely apologize for the issues that affected your stay. We appreciate you bringing the condition of the living room rug, the difficult sliding door, and the cleanliness of the grill and grilling tools to our attention. We’re especially sorry that you reported the sliding door and were told someone would address it, but the repair was not completed during your stay. We understand how frustrating that must have been. We also understand your concerns regarding the frequency of maintenance and hot tub service visits. The aquatics team at the Turquoise area oversees the hot tubs and does daily inspections. We at Prickett Properties have no control over them. While routine service is necessary to properly maintain certain amenities, we certainly understand how repeated entries could feel disruptive when you are trying to relax and enjoy your vacation. We’re especially sorry you felt uncomfortable when you were unaware someone had entered while you were showering. Your comments regarding communication and notice before entering the property are important, and we will review this with our team. We appreciate your detailed feedback, as it gives us the opportunity to address both the property concerns and our service procedures.
