PLEASE READ! This home is in a beautiful location on the water, however, please note that the heavy salt air and water does cause excessive wear and tear. This home should not be considered a high end or luxury property, which is reflected in the price. Wake up to the sound of waves at this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath Ventura beachside unit!

For sleeping arrangements, enjoy two king suites provide privacy and comfort, while the third bedroom features a bunk bed, full, and twin bed — plenty of space for everyone. The downstairs master has a large jetted tub for a relaxing soak after a day on the sand.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, WiFi, multiple TVs, heating, electric fireplaces, beach towels, linens, and hair dryer — everything you need for a comfortable stay. Step outside to the patio for a BBQ or just lounge in a chair while listening to the ocean.

All the essentials you need! 3 Rooms 2 baths, a bit aged but it was all working! It’s just perfect, access to beach primo!! Great local food or cook inside!

Great location! As the listing states, the house is dated. They have a tiny living room (couch only holds 2-3 people) and the dining room holds 6 with very uncomfortable chairs.There is no grill, beach chairs, wine glasses, and minimal kitchen goods. You can easily walk to local restaurants which is great since you won’t be cooking.

The location is AMAZING!!! Easy walking distance to local restaurants and shops, and directly on the beach, and very clean on arrival. We are already looking at dates for our next visit! The room setup is accommodating for a large family, and could work quite well for a group or multi-generational family, because there is a bathroom and full kitchen upstairs, with a bathroom and mini kitchen downstairs.The only room with a screen was the downstairs bunk room. Between kids and seagulls, I was nervous about this and sadly closed windows each night.The listing shows the living room as being a small great room with a couch and table and sitting area at the bar. The couch is a loveseat with two cushions - maybe four feet across at best. The table seats six, but if set up that way, no one can move in the great room at all. There is not a lot of room in that room without moving the furniture. There is no air conditioning. Most of the time this is a non-issue- the beach air and breeze are cool and constant. That said, it was warm and humid while we were there, with no screens, no A/C and only one fan and limited outlets, it got warm and stuffy. :(There is a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. No grill. The owner was very good with communication. The fees were high, but that seems standard. The building is old and shows wear, like an old cabin. There are stairs to get in, and stairs to the kitchen. Patio is shared, so you walk past neighbor for beach access, but direct beach access!!!
