Regarding the mattress, we were surprised to hear this feedback, as the bed in the unit was recently replaced and we did not receive any concerns during your stay. We provide the garage pass this way guests can enjoy free secure parking, which can be hard to find in the area, but we understand the extra step can feel a little inconvenient. Regarding cleanliness, we take that very seriously. The apartment is professionally cleaned prior to every stay using a checklist that follows VRBO cleaning guidelines, with specific checkpoints to ensure the essentials and high-touch areas are properly sanitized.
