Enjoy the ultimate family lake getaway at this spacious waterfront home with everything you need for fun and relaxation! Spend time together on the two-story deck with a daybed, 6-person hot tub, and plenty of patio furniture. Whether you’re lounging on the deck, gathered around the fire pit, or fishing from the large dock, everyone can enjoy each other’s company while taking in beautiful lake views. Patio seating wraps around two sides of the house, so you can relax in sun or shade all day long.

It’s the best of both worlds here — you can kayak through the peaceful channel, spotting turtles along the way, and still be out on Lake James in just minutes! Enjoy 3 kayaks, a canoe, and a private dock for easy water access. The detached party zone features a large smart TV and games for even more family fun.

We’ve stocked the house with everything you need for an easy, relaxing stay — baby gear, dog kennels, fishing gear, firewood, and a Blackstone griddle provided. A beach wagon makes trips to the sand a breeze, and we even have insulated water bottles and koozies to keep your drinks cool on the boat or dock. The kitchen is fully equipped with large pots, slow cookers, and plenty of dishes for family meals.

Sleeps 14 with 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom (each with an XL twin pullout), plus a loft with a queen sofa bed and 3 XL twin pullout chairs. Includes 3 full baths and all the comforts of home. Just 7 minutes to the sandy beach and 1 mile to Four Corners for great food, a food truck, and the famous Tom’s Donuts. You’re also close to Pokagon State Park.

All you need to bring are your clothes and groceries — everything else is ready for your family’s lake adventure! * Please note our property is not handicap accessible. There are 12 steps from the street to the property.

Also we are on a shallow canal (3 to 5feet deep) with a tight corner for boats longer than 24 foot.

Due to week long rentals in the summer it may be necessary for us to have the lawn mowed and the hot tub cleaned during your stay. Our goal is to do these services in between stays but it can not be guaranteed.

Beautiful updated home. Parking was plentiful. Able to park 27 foot boat and attached large SUV. Two large outside patios with plenty of seating and also inside room below garage with another refrigerator and table and large TV screen. All 3 bedrooms were great with bathroomThe lower level outside covered deck is beautiful. The hot tub is beautiful and works great. Very private like experience looking out onto the dock and canal. The dock is very large and sturdy. The house is indeed well stocked as advertised. Lilli was always very prompt in replying to any questions. We stayed in the midst of an extreme heat wave and the entire house was cool on both levels. Beds were comfortable. If you want a beach experience it is a short walk a little over a block away Would without a doubt stay here again

Owner was so helpful getting us to her home in a rain storm. The house was as described. It was extremely comfortable and so easy to relax in. House was clean with ample supplies. Too bad the weather didn’t cooperate but Lilli’s suggestions were very helpful. Thank you!

WritingWe absolutely loved our stay! This property was perfect for our family, including several small children. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy themselves without ever feeling crowded.One of the biggest highlights was having the dock right out front. Being able to keep our boat and waverunners there made our time on the water so easy and enjoyable. The large, fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed for family meals, and we truly appreciated how well-equipped the home was.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire property was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. There was also plenty of parking, which was a huge plus for our vehicles and watercraft.This was one of the best family vacation rentals we've stayed in. We made wonderful memories here and would not hesitate to book again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway!

Keith and I have two boys in their 20's, a lovely daughter in law and a grandson, plus an Aussiebernadoodle. Some of our best memories are spending a week at a friend's lake house with our boys and dog. We have been fortunate enough to buy our own lake house recently and want to share it with others. Since we bought the house last year we have done a refresh on the entire inside, put on a new 2 story deck and added all the toys that we enjoy at the lake.

One of our favorite features is the sandy neighborhood beach, just a 7 minute walk down the street. Watching the sunset from the beach is the perfect way to end the day. We’re also just a mile from 4 Corners, where you’ll find a variety of great restaurants—super convenient for dining out or carry out. It’s the best of both worlds here: you can kayak through the peaceful channel, spotting turtles, and still be out on Lake James in just minutes.

We’ve equipped our home with everything you’ll need for a relaxing week at the lake with a large group. Our goal is simple: all you have to bring are your clothes and groceries. We’ve got plenty of firewood for cozy evening fires and supply both propane gas and charcoal for the dual grill. For those boat rides, we even have insulated water bottles and koozies to keep your drinks cool. With space for 14 guests, we’ve made sure to provide two slow cookers, large pots, and plenty of dishes, so you’ll have everything you need to cook and enjoy meals together.
