ポイントキャビンからは、エリス池のパノラマビューが楽しめます。 朝の日の出の美しさに目覚めた後、フロントデッキでリラックスして、湖、アメリカの白頭ワシ、ルーン、オスプレイ釣りでのアクティビティを見て、プライベートビーチで泳いで、最後に座って壮大な夕日を見てください。 3面すべてに水があるので、家のボートに乗っていることを思い出させると言う人もいます。 キャビンには、広々としたリビングルーム、6人用のダイニングエリア、設備の整ったキッチン、3/4バスがあります。2階のロフトには、キングサイズのベッドとオープンエリアに4つのツインベッドがあります。

このキャビンはプライベート半島にあり、両側に公共ビーチがある池の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。 風光明媚な池に餌をやる砂底の底は、四方を山に囲まれ、メイン州の野生生物がすべて生息しています。

What an absolutely gorgeous property. It was clean, quiet, and a perfect place to take our boys. Ruth and Dennis (Owners), along with Any and Kurt (Caretakers) helped to make our weekend getaway flawless. We left with smiles on our faces because of all the hard work and money you put into that place. Thank you. Ellis Pond is a stunning body of water surrounded by beautiful mountains. Perfect place for swimming, kayaking, canoeing (which we did). It was hard to leave this morning. Can’t wait to return.

House right on water

The views from every room are incredible. We kayaked in the pond and went for a hike about 30 mins away. There are plenty of board games and all the supplies for s'mores (including firewood)!

Great little spot.

My kids loved the beach a short walk away, and the shallow water was crystal clear. Because of the location, there really is a view from every window. Kind of small cabin and lot though

peaceful escape

Convenient to park right outside the front door to unload after a long drive. Inside we were greeted by fresh flowers, s’mores kit for the fire pit, candy basket for the kids and new dog toys for our pet. What a beautiful view from being out on the point! This is our third February in a row staying here.

Adorable cabin with water views on three of four sides. Nice little touches including a care package for our dog! Plenty of space for our family of four.

As expected

Cabin was 20 minutes from Black Mountain so it fit our needs. Can’t beat the view, water and mountains. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Relaxation at its best

Every single detail was perfect . Fresh flowers and wine for our anniversary when we arrived and candy and treats. The house is immaculate and the caretakers are nearby for anything needed. This is one of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed at and we will be back for sure. The location is so much more beautiful than the pictures s show. Absolute perfect spot for rest and relaxation.

Couldn’t Ask For a Better Retreat

What an incredible time we had in this lovely cabin on Ellis Pond! We were amazed by how quiet it is. The pond is sandy and clean and makes for a great paddle or swim. The cabin was cozy and clean —and well stocked for cooking. We’re already looking forward to staying here again!

Second to none

Some friends and I stayed her for an ice fishing derby. What a great place. It rained and snowed during the derby. We were able to sit on the porch with our coffee and watch out ice fishing traps. Then when the the wind started up we could sit in the living room and watch from the comfort inside. This place was so nice. The beds were extremely comfortable and able to take a nice hot shower after being outside fishing. We plan an trying to stay here again. Thank you again for such a nice place to stay.

A picture-perfect escape

My husband, our doggo, and I went for a long weekend. This place is so wonderful. It was warm and cozy and so relaxing. The kitchen is fully functional. The livingroom is perfect. Some people have commented about privacy. There’s no issue with the outside. Yes, there are so many windows. But every window has a curtain or shade. We never worried once. Those windows show the most beautiful views. Literally the only thing I could have asked for is a better sunset. Unfortunately, I don’t think even Ruth can control the weather and clouds. The bed is so big and so comfortable. I could have lived in there. Currently, there are 4 twin beds (2 each, in areas on the left and the right of the king). So, there isn’t much privacy in there. But the description and pictures show that. And it’s perfect for adults keeping an eye on the kids. With the pond right there, I imagine it’s amazing in the summer. After we saw the skimobiles, we decided it was safe to walk out on the pond. It was so much fun! Athena enjoyed playing in snow up to her collar. Ruth was so easy to communicate with. And the cabin is so great. (Oh, and the snack basket!!!) We highly recommend picking this place. You won’t regret a moment! We’ll be going back!!!

Amazing views

Our stay was even better than we expected! It was very cozy and had everything we needed-from towels to blankets. The kitchen was stocked with necessities like a coffee machine perfect for the cold mornings. Even though it was an open concept for the sleeping area, there was more than enough space for 6 people. The views of the mountains/lake were absolutely exceptional. Great place to stay for a winter getaway-only about 30 minutes to Sunday River. The caretakers were very responsive. Would definitely come back again!

Mini Christmas Getaway

Cabin was just as expected and perfect for our family Christmas get away to relax after the busy holiday. Quick trip into town for supplies. Beautiful views of the mountains. Just lovely!

Great relaxing weekend

We had a great time, the view of the mountains and being so close to the water was simply amazing. The cabin was very cozy, clean and overall just what we needed, time away from the chaos that is Boston. The silence was very loud, like it was therapy for the mind. Will definitely go back in the future.

Great get away for our 40th Wedding Anniversary!

Great location, loved sitting on the porch just taking in the beauty. We went kayaking almost every day....very clean and relaxing. Even got to meet the owner!
