It’s an older community with a lived-in feel, many properties could use some curb appeal, and the sidewalks aren’t fully walkable. Your kids will be safe and comfortable inside the unit, but you’ll be best served taking them downtown or to the beach for outdoor fun instead of walking around the neighborhood.
