Looking for a charming downtown Pensacola cottage that’s close to everything?!? Come enjoy our newly renovated 1940s 2 bedroom cottage known as the “Gem on G Street!” Minutes to the nightlife, restaurants and culture scene of Palafox Street! 15 min over the bridge to our beautiful beaches and 20 min to NAS Pensacola! Coming for a wedding at Supposey? They are a block out our front door! Want to be surrounded by restaurants…literally on both sides of us…the food scene around us is a HUGE PERK! During your stay we want you to be comfortable so the cottage easily sleeps up to 6 guests. In the morning we have a complimentary coffee bar for the early risers and “drink” glasses for those that know it’s 5 o’clock somewhere at the end of the day! A completely stocked kitchen if cooking is your thing…even a grill! Step out to our tranquil backyard with a deck for outdoor dining and a firepit area to relax at…perfect for s’mores and we provide the firewood! We have outdoor games and even a tote full of goodies for the beach goers…saving you trunk space! We have a new driveway with parking for up to 3 cars in our completely secure gated privacy fence. Definitely read thru the owners guidebook as we have picked all our local favorites and then some for you to explore! Being a veteran family ourselves we are very familiar with all things NAS Pensacola! Ask for a military discount if you are active duty or a veteran…we have all the info you need to know about our military community and our favorite Blue Angels. After your stay you just might find yourself becoming a repeat guest again and again! So enjoy our “Gem on G Street!” We would love to host your next vacay, girls getaway, or business trip!

Our family of 4 adults were very comfortable in the cottage. There were so many thoughtful touches and details! Elise was very helpful and easy to communicate with. It was a great visit!

Nice house. Friendly host. Short trip to restaurants and whatever you are looking for. 200 paces to the Supposey wedding venue.

It's a gem!

She did a beautiful job of decorating! Everything was so clean and tidy! I don't believe there was anything that she could have done to improve our stay. Please note: if you have little ones, it is fairly close to a busy street, but the back yard is fully fenced and very safe!

We really enjoyed our stay! I would say that the instructions for the front door should be more elaborate but we were able to figure out a solution to that. I really appreciated how quick of a response I received from the host, late at night! Thanks for everything, we had a great time!

The best VRBO!

Literally the best VRBO that our family has stayed in! The host Elise made us feel so welcomed and checked in with us multiple times. Our kids especially loved the backyard and since it was Easter weekend, we had an Easter Egg hunt back there. We loved the outside games and fire pit. We enjoyed being midway, just 15 minutes away from the beach and from our family. The kids are already begging to go back and this certainly will be the house we use again in the future!

Lovely little spot downtown to either get away for the weekend or come on in for vacation. Had a wonderful weekend staying in this location would recommend to anyone at all.

Family Fun

Our daughter and our 9 month old granddaughter were in Pensacola from Michigan to visit our son and his wife. Our daughter and son ran in the half marathon that was held on Jan. 6th. The cottage was perfect for our small family unit. Our host, Elise, was great at communicating with us. She was very accommodating with our requests. The cottage was very well stocked with lots of comforts and conveniences. It wasn’t warm enough for us to use all of the outdoor amenities but we know they are there for our next visit! Wonderfully cozy! Thank you😊

Fantastic!

I had to make a quick trip to Pensacola and was so happy to find this rental. The pictures of the house did not do it justice. The rental was so inviting when walking in and a lot effort was made to even the tiniest of details. I pay attention to cleanliness and this rental past my inspection 100%. I felt very comfortable staying here by myself. But I would definitely love to come back with friends for a girls weekend. Thank you to the Hostess.

Fabulous home!

Walked into everything perfect! It was welcoming anything we needed was provided. Great location to be downtown, beach, wherever. Couldn’t ask for anything more hosts had everything there! Was such a great stay!!!

Great stay!

The cottage was warm and welcoming and very clean. We had everything we needed to cook, which was great because we didn’t have to eat out the whole time. It was so much better than staying at a hotel, not to mention A LOT cheaper! It made our stay so great! Completely recommend staying at this adorable cottage!

We have lived everywhere including overseas as we are a Marine Corps family…but chose to put down roots in Pensacola as our final duty station! We grew to love this area, the people, the way of life…who doesn’t want a gorgeous climate year round! As a Marine spouse I have entertained for decades so being able to host my first cottage that we completely renovated with our own muscle…I’m just so excited to share it with others!

We LOVE downtown Pensacola and the growth is amazing! We have great restaurants and breweries steps from our door, a thriving arts scene and nightlife, cute little shops down palafox, and of course being on the corner of downtown there’s quick access to the bridge for the beaches or head west to NAS Pensacola! This cottage was the perfect spot for us to share with visitors who want to explore it all!

Access and loci!!! Even better is we have an award winning seafood restaurant and brewery right next to us! Our backyard is private and feels like you’re on vacation. Then just like that you can jump in your car and get anywhere within 15-20min! Or walk downtown or rent the VEO scooters or Uber…either way it’s all about being cozy after a full day of Pensacola activities and our cottage provides all of that!
