Make the most of the Florida sunshine in your private heated pool. The pool features in-pool loungers with an optional umbrella, a sun shelf, and a swim-up table—perfect for enjoying cocktails without ever leaving the water. Relax in the evenings and watch the sunset from your heated spa.

Overall wonderful stay! Home was clean and beautiful. Awesome outdoor space with a large pool and hot tub. Host was very informative and responsive. 100% would book to stay here again.

Very clean, well-kept home with a lovely pool, hot tub and patio. The host was outstanding, very responsive and supportive. Our only reason for 4 stars was significant nearby construction, which caused noise and odors at times even inside the home. The home had a slight musty smell, and a few more bath towels/pillows would be helpful. We would stay again and recommend!

The Perfect VRBO Stay!We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay! Everything about this VRBO was wonderful—from the beautiful, comfortable accommodations to all the thoughtful little touches that made us feel right at home. The property was exactly as described and even better in person.Our host was absolutely excellent—friendly, responsive, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. This place is a gem! Newly redone with everything we needed. The outside space is a dream. The pool/hot tub was a great way to end our day after games. The tiki area was perfect for relaxing. The were very comfortable! The third bedroom is a daybed with a trundle so great for smaller children. The neighborhood was quiet and close to all the necessities, grocery, target and restaurants. About 20-30 minutes from Ft Myers beach but an easy drive. Definitely a great place to book!

We absolutely loved this property! Inside was clean, comfortable with everything you needed and more! Outside - was amazing - we spent all our days in the sun, enjoying the pool, hot tub, canal and tiki hut. Host was very responsive with any questions (which were few) Would stay there any time in the area!!

The house had everything you needed in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and pool area. It was definitely a great home away from home!! The host is ensures that your stay is going smoothly and gives reminders for trash, pool cleaning and quickly responds to your needs. My favorite area was the pool, spa and outside area in back with the lagoon;-) Such an awesome place to relax from the cold North;-) Thank you for providing such an amazing place!!!

This is a beautifully remodeled "old Florida" block home. The style I remember from my youth. It is incredible what the owner has done with this home. There is a main living room with a sectional, nice TV and a cool "fireplace" on the wall. We spent some time there, but the real gem is outside! That pool, hot tub and tiki area are the bomb! There is a couch and 2 comfy chairs facing a great outdoor TV. There is an outside full size refrigerator and a gas grill for guests to use. Short straw got to cook for our group, others could remain relaxing in that pool! There is a shallow shelf area that accommodates 2 sun loungers. Wowza!!! Really hot? Grab your drink and hop on one of the "toadstool" seats at the table inside the pool!!!The master bedroom is beautiful with sliders out to the pool. A huge bathroom with a great closet. The queen room is very nice and located right off the second main bathroom. The third bedroom has a daybed with trundle. All the linens are very nice and we found there were plenty of towels. They even have a separate basket of beach towels to use for the pool. The kitchen is beautiful with a gas range and farmers sink. A great fridge to hold all your groceries.This home is extremely CLEAN! I don't think my mom even felt the need to haul out her lysol can!Our family really wanted to move in permanently!

The house was even more lovely than the listing. Beautiful interior decorating, top of the line appliances, pool with hot tub and Tiki Hut, unbeatable view of the canal, sitting with morning coffee on the dock. Can I live here please ? Minor issues quickly taken care of by very responsive and pleasant host .

Pool was wonderful. Would have liked a change of garbage bags and more TP. Everything was amazing though the house as we loved to watch a movie every night in the tiki hut outside. It was not really close to a store in walking distance like the description said. Host was amazing also

This place is amazing. Just as the pictures show. It’s on a quiet street and the neighbors were very friendly. We walked the neighborhood every morning and saw others walking as well. Very few cars drive by as the end of the street is a cul-de-sac. Lots of places to eat and shop within 5-15 minute drive both chain and loca. No complaints here. Condo is well equipped with kitchen supplies, laundry supplies, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Had some pool noodles and floaties. We left a football, volleyball, and fishing poles as there is a wonderful dock to fish from(we didn’t catch fish but the neighbor said use bread! We could see plenty of fish tho) There are kayaks and life jackets onsite. Also, saw an alligator swimming so we didn’t have to take the kids out on the kayaks. Hot tub and pool were great. Heater will not heat both at the same time and it doesnt take long for the hot tub to be the same temp as the pool. Wasn’t an issue for us and the owner was upfront about this. Jim communicated great and we will stay again if we are in the area in the future.

House was exactly as described. Nicely stocked kitchen. Host was very flexible with extending pool running time and turning lights on at night. In the middle of the day it seemed to get slightly warm, but that is expected in this time of year. Overall we were very pleased and will reach out again for our sons baseball tournaments next year.
