If you are looking for a longer stay on St. Simons this home will be a great option as we will honor FLETC rates. This beautifully 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome combines modern design with relaxed island living, Step inside to a bright, open floor plan featuring hardwood floors, 9-foot ceilings, and a gourmet kitchen fully furnished with granite counters stainless appliances, and a spacious island that invites gatherings and conversation.

Unwind on the screened porch with your morning coffee or evening cocktail, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Upstairs, the serene primary suite offers a king bed, spa-style bath, and a walk-in closet, while two guest rooms ensure plenty of space for family and friends. All bedrooms have flat screens with Roku Smart Tv access along with cable, your streaming devices and WIFI access. Overflow guest parking is located across from townhouse.

Great place, exactly as pictured and described. Extremely clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was clean and well kept. Host was easy to talk with and quick to respond. She helped us add a day to our trip and made it so easy for us. We will stay here again!

Came here for a girls weekend and we had the best time ever! Everyone talked about how the house felt so clean and fresh, it really became our home for the weekend. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the linens. Kitchen was also stocked with all the dishes/pots/pans you could need for us to easily make all of our meals. The owner, Anastasia, could not have been nicer. Very helpful and friendly. 5 Stars!!

We had such a great stay! Everything is so clean and location is perfect. It was spacious and everyone was very comfortable. Only thing I would say is bring beach chairs if you have more than two people. I would definitely book again!!
