Escape to our recently updated Washington home, perfectly situated on a private half-acre in a tranquil, friendly neighborhood, and plenty of driveway and curbside parking. You're just minutes from the vibrant downtown waterfront and a park with a new splash pad, making local exploration effortless.

This spacious home offers flexible, cozy accommodations across two inviting bedrooms (one queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk), plus a comfortable full futon in one of the living areas. Guests will appreciate the two full bathrooms, including a private ensuite shower and a large main bath featuring a double vanity and tub/shower combo. The water can get really hot, which is great for a deep tub soak but please be careful.

With three distinct indoor living spaces, there’s room for everyone. Enjoy movie nights on two large flat-screen TVs or find focus in the third room, which serves as a dedicated, quiet workspace complete with a large desk, comfortable office chair, and lighting.

The experience extends outside to your private retreats: sip coffee on the front porch swing, fire up the propane grill on the covered back patio, or gather around the fire pit in one of several outdoor spots to enjoy the quiet views under the stars. We have 1 security camera that is located above the laundry room door facing the direction of the driveway and steps up to the back patio.

Our host Turner was very welcoming and accommodating. The home was well cared for, clean and thoughtfully decorated. Our kids loved the book collection and the mermaids throughout. We’d stay here again!

Turner's home was very welcoming. Check in was quick and easy. The home has PLENTY of off street parking. The pictures are true to description. The rental is very close to downtown, restaurants, drug stores, and a grocery store. If you like oysters, you need to give Slammin Sammy's a try. We had no trouble navigating the 2 TV's in each living areas, if bedroom TV's matter to you, then you may want to rethink this rental, we were fine with the setup. The beds were comfortable for us, the master has black out curtains( a must for me) the bed I would consider as firm, the shower was great! water pressure was great, and got warm quickly, but there are no wall plugin's in the master bath, and it is tiny. The other bedroom my nephew said was very comfortable, the bed was very soft, it has blackout curtains, and is roomy. The 2nd bath is right next to this bedroom, according to my nephew, the water pressure was ok, but took a long while to get just warm. The kitchen is functional, I did cook one of days we stayed, I found what I needed. The rental did have a functional icemaker which I liked, there is a very small regular coffee pot, with creamer, sugar, and coffee. The rental also had some snacks, and instant oatmeal. We felt safe and comfortable in the rental. Thank you for having us in your rental Turner.
