Absolutely perfect stay! Location is an easy launching pad for resort area beaches, and not far from exploring other parts of Kona. The condo is incredibly thoughtfully furnished - kitchen, beach gear, comfortable furniture, beautiful lanai view all made our trip unforgettable. The unit was spotlessly clean, and Terry was a very responsive host when we had a few minor questions that weren’t covered in the materials available in the condo. Wonderful stay, and we hope to return soon!

We felt at home the whole time!

Property was immaculate, it was very warm and welcoming upon our arrival. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and the towels were soooo soft. Communication with the owners was easy and all questions were answered in a timely manner. The double lani with the loungers/chairs and patio table were all very comfortable!

Excellent Stay

Fantastic unit in a quiet, well maintained complex with a great location. Extremely well appointed with everything you need. Close walk to beach, stores, and restaurants. The owners provide very clear information and are excellent communicators. Would stay again.

Perfect Condo

We loved staying in this luxurious and spacious ground floor condo. It faces Mauna Kea on the golf course and the sunrises are stunning. The unit has a lovely Hawaiian theme and the linens and towels are high quality. The kitchen is well equipped and includes many staples. The owner’s attention to detail helps create a relaxing and fulfilling vacation.

Wonderful property….first time visiting the Big Island and the location was very walkable in all directions. Close to the beach, restaurants, bars and shopping center. Quiet and beautiful view of golf course. Would definitely recommend 💕

Great location, beautiful condo

One of the best vacation rentals we've stayed in. Very well stocked kitchen, walking distance to A-bay beach and shops, lots of snorkel/beach equipment to borrow.

Wonderful ten days in paradise. The condo has everything you need and more. Very quiet and peaceful right on the Lakes golf course of Waikoloa. Owner is very nice and helped with questions we had immediately. We will return to this unit in the future. Mahalo!

Could not have been better

We have stayed in numerous VRBO rentals, but this was the cleanest and most comfortable one we have stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed, with high quality appliances & glassware. The bed was super comfortable, as was the living room furniture. We appreciated the welcoming gift upon arrival and the owners were highly responsive. We appreciated them accommodating a pre-arrival request we made of them, and it's clear that they take great care to make the stay enjoyable for guests. We enjoyed the view from the lanai and took full advantage of the lovely pool and gym. Had two great meals at the adjacent restaurant/bar - Tropic Ale House, and the Lava Lave Beach Club was also fun and walkable. Couldn't recommend this place more. Hope to come back soon!

Wonderful Waikoloa

What a wonderful place to stay! We loved being able to walk out and watch the golfers go by. This unit is very spacious and has everything you need in the kitchen! The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and found a close place to park to bring our gear! Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

We loved staying at this property for our first family vacation to Hawaii. It was very well maintained and clean when we arrived. It had all the essentials we needed for our week long trip. We were close to shops and restaurants as well as walking distance to the beach. We will hopefully be returning at some point in the future. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. The hosts, Terry and Nancy, have designed an exceptionally well-furnished condo with a great kitchen, excellent beds and baths, tasteful decor, a relaxing lanai, and an extensive collection beach gear (fins, snorkels, etc.). We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing Condo

Everything was suburb. Condo was exceptionally clean, amenities ++, close to everything, very peaceful next to the golf greens, from lanai sun rise, had many dinners on the lanai dining table & having the George Forman was a bonus. Very close to walk to A-beach & shops. Would recommend this condo & would love to come back here again. ☀️😎

Great vacation spot!

We have vacationed in this area many times. This was the best condo we’ve had. Clean, quiet, beautiful views of the sunrise over the mountain, close to the ocean & walking distance to the shopping areas. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen was well supplied with all the equipment we would need. The pool is an unheated lap pool, so we didn’t spend much time there. We were so happy with our stay and had a wonderful time! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Another Excellent Stay in Waikoloa 30 years and counting

We enjoyed 53 days in Vista Waikoloa and return in May 2024 for 61 days. This condo is very comfortable for daily living. The beds and furniture are excellent. The condo view is epic. Walk to shops and beach in 10 minutes. We scuba dive with Blue Wilderness of Puako. Twice each week we do the morning 2 tank boat trip. We also go to Wednesday and Saturday Farmer markets in Waimea. Our first trip to Waikoloa was 1993. Thirty years have passed and the area continues to provide an excellent Hawaii lifestyle. See you at Lava Lava Beach club for fish tacos and wonderful view. The whales were jumping in late November. Keep Smiling Steve

Wonderful property managed by amazing people

Our family of 4 just returned from a wonderful stay in this Vista Waikoloa condo. The condo was very well maintained and well stocked. We appreciated all of the kitchen items (including tupperware) as well as the access to beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. All the small things were attended to and we even got a text during our stay from the owners about some local entertainment happening that our kids really enjoyed. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lanai Sunrises

Terry and his wife are great hosts! Before we even got off the plane, we received a text, welcoming us and to say we could check into the condo early. Terry also mentioned there was an issue with the A/C and gave detailed instructions on what to do and that he would follow up later. We found the condo easily, with the detailed instructions given to us. There was a nice welcome note as well as a package of Kona coffee, waiting for us. The condo was perfect, very spacious, large windows with great views, really neat and clean, well-supplied with everything one needs while on vacation. Their binder was thought out, with lots of information regarding the condo, to suggestions ranging from restaurants, shopping, sightseeing and activities to do. The location was great as it was an easy walk to the King’s and Queen’s market and “A” Beach. Terry and Nancy are awesome hosts to deal with. We appreciated their attention to detail and encouraging us to contact them if we needed anything. We would love to come back, to your condo and have a relaxing, worry-free vacation, in paradise. Friends of ours own condos in the same complex and they were kind enough to let us join them. From the very first time, We just felt very comfortable. The area in very clean and well kept. Everything you need is within walking distance. Just a beautiful place to sit back and relax, or go for a long walk.
