The Space:
Escape to Seabrook Island with a stay at this lovely, dog-friendly villa on the fairway of the Seabrook Island Golf Course. Offering both a golf and lagoon view, this spacious, single-level retreat is the perfect home away from home. If you're planning on saving some money by cooking at home during your stay, this villa features a well-equipped, full kitchen. The high-capacity washer and dryer is an unbeatable convenience you'll find here. You and your pups will love the secluded backyard area and spacious sunporch. This room also includes a pub-height table for two, a desk and chair great for remote work or schooling, and a child-size activity table. The bedroom furniture and mattresses were purchased in 2020 and have new pillows and covers.

What's nearby:
Walk or ride your bike from this cozy villa down to the beach or nature trail. A Seabrook Island Amenity card is available for $30 per day, which gives you access to the Beach Club (with two outdoor pools and a beach area), the restaurants, golf, tennis, the equestrian center, and the Lake House (with one outdoor pool, a fitness center, indoor pool). Some of these amenities do have separate additional fees associated with them, such as restaurants, golf, tennis, the fitness center, and the indoor pool. For shopping and dining options, don't miss Freshfields Village, less than five miles north. And just 23 miles away, discover downtown Charleston for historic sites, restaurants, and unique shops.

Seabrook Island Club amenities and the Lake House Fitness Center require an Amenity card (deposit required for each card, and/or a daily/weekly fee to use the Club facilities). Parking Notes: There are 2 parking spots available for use. 1 parking pass is automatically paid for when booking the reservation. Any additional parking passes are $40 + taxes.

Lovely, clean and spacious retreat!

This is the second time staying at this property and we love it! It’s clean and spacious in a quiet community on the private island. It’s my happy place!

Great location

Love the island and this property had a nice location with a nice yard and view! Enjoyed the sunroom and hammock. The bathrooms were small and the walls were really scuffed up and it could’ve been vacuumed and dusted better. We were also given the incorrect code to access keys. Thankfully I called and they answered right away and gave us the correct code! Will definitely return but will try a different villa next time. Thanks!

Living in Paradise

This place is very clean, good location and a great getaway. Beds are very comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. Nice place to bring your dog. We had a wonderful time and couldn't find a better place to stay.

Charleston visit

Property was fantastic, really enjoyed the trip and the local restaurants. Only thing that wasn't perfect was there was a construction or renovation project near by, so quite a bit of noise and banging involved.

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to work and vacation for our 2 wk stay. The property had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Good wifi. The sunroom was our favorite part of the villa. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice spot

Seabrook is a great place to kick back with family. We always try to find a place that doesn’t cost a zillion bucks but is nice, roomy and conveniently located. This property fitted the bill!

Peaceful stay

The property was exactly as pictured, spacious and clean, well equipped. The views and privacy were great, and the neighborhood as well. The island is peaceful and quiet, which we enjoyed, and the beaches were not crowded while we were there which was nice. A bit of a walk to the beach, and somewhat secluded compared to other places we’ve been, but a wonderful vacation. We would stay here again!

Awesome spot

It was a great rental, it was one our best rentals. It includes everything you need and more. We love traveling with our dog she is a wonderful traveler and goes everywhere with us and this villa was the best pet friendly rental.

Quiet and secluded

Great quiet location. And can we talk about the windows! Everywhere! We saw so much wildlife (my dog loved it). Stocked with anything we could have needed. Easy check in and checkout.

Great place, spotless clean,

Excellent experience, quietly located, beautiful enclosed deck that gives a SUPER plus to the house. Nicely furnished. Spotless clean! One of the beat places we have stayed in Seabrook in 17 years of visiting the island! Will be back in the future!! Only caveat: grill was moldy and therefore unusable

Lovely location

Perfect place to relax, enjoy nature, and reset. Property is very clean and exactly like the photos. Easy for my older dog to access outside. Neighbours are friendly and quiet. Only caveat: you have to purchase the membership at an additional fee to access the restaurants on the property. We enjoyed Salty Dogs for dinner just outside the gates.

438 Double Eagle Trace, Seabrook Island, SC

What a beautiful island!! We will for sure make this a new vacation spot for our little family for years to come! 438 Double Eagle was a very convenient location- less than 5 min drive to the beach. It was a nice, cozy condo and we loved that it’s so pet friendly! The only drawback were the beds. If you prefer a nice firm mattress you’re in luck. They were not at all comfortable to me and I found myself sleeping on the pullout sofa most nights of our stay. Other than that, it was a great place to call home for a wonderful vacation. We’ll be back, Seabrook Island!!

Wonderful, Clean and spacious with nice view

We loved how open and comfortable this home was for us. The sun room was our favorite place to sit most of the time we were there as it was just so cozy and good views to the golf course. The place is very clean and we especially loved the covers on the sofas to help keep them clean and hair free for future guests. There was great wifi and a nice big TV in the main area that is a smart TV so easy to log into your TV apps. The negatives were we had asked if there was a Keurig and were told the only coffee maker was a pot brewer which was not accurate. There are 2 choices Keurig and regular brew type. I asked if the TV was a smart TV and nobody got back to me. YES it's a smart TV. We wished that they had provided like most VRBO's a few little conveniences like aluminum foil, Saran Wrap and some condiments but there was NOTHING we even had to use the wrong filters(provided) for the coffee brewer. Needs Cone style filters. All in all I would absolutely stay here again but do wish they would be more generous with some basics in the kitchen.

Excellent dog friendly location

Came to South Carolina for a wedding in Charleston. My family and 2 dogs stayed here for a long weekend and the location was perfect. Since we were here for a family wedding we did not have a lot of time to explore all of the amenities in the community, however we did get down to the beach a few times And explored the area some. The entire community is very beautiful and well kept. The rental unit was very clean. It had everything we needed, comfy beds, and very dog friendly. Because there is a small creek right next to the property, I did not take our dogs in the back yard after dark. We did not see any alligators but I am confident that they probably do come around there occasionally. With that being said, the only other small issue we had was that we like to sleep with it very cool in the house. Anytime we change the thermostat it would only stay I thought temperature for about 30 minutes to an hour, and that it is programmed to jump back up cause. We were a little concerned about this the first night, but to our surprise it stayed very cool in the unit call and we did not have any problems sleeping at all. I cannot comment on any response times or issues with the property managers because we did not have to contact them since we did not have any issues at all. I would definitely recommend this location and would consider returning there again in the future.
