I was extremely disappointed with my stay. When I arrived, the code was incorrect. It took a full hour to get into the condo. No one seemed to have the correct access code. They sent me multiple codes before they finally found the correct one. Meanwhile I was sitting in my car in the cold waiting to get into the condo. They did not offer any compensation of any kind. When I requested a late checkout, they politely said, "we will do all we can to accommodate." Not really an answer. The condo is quite small, and the bedroom is at the front by the parking lot. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. The shower and kitchen had hot water. I love Kiawah, and nothing prevents me from enjoying the island and the beach. However, this was not the vacation I was expecting.
