Very nice, comfortable, well-accommodated property. Super clean, well-stocked, close and easy access to the beach. The host was available and helpful, everything for our stay was exactly what we expected and what we hoped it would be. We plan to stay here on our next trip to Kiawah.

The condo was very clean and smelled great upon our arrival. It was amazing being so close to the beach where we could wake up and walk on to the sand in less than 2 minutes. No issues with the appliances, and it was so nice and convenient to have a washer and dryer to keep our clothes clean. The location of the condo was excellent, minutes from the main gate. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back and hopefully this condo is available at that time.

Easy checkin and comfortable accommodation.Found one or two aging kitchen/dining items and the host was very responsive to fix & replace them. Would stay again

Check in/out information and process was easy. Property management company responded quickly. Location is great. Property was reasonably clean, however, it needs to be completely updated. There were nail/screw holes in the wall that had not been repaired, peeling cabinets, old appliances with mold on inside door of washing machine, peeling in bathroom, and shower water did not get adequately hot. I reached out to the company about this and was disappointed with their response.

Very cute condo and a great location actually steps from the beach with a gorgeous path boardwalk straight to the beach. The condo has everything you need to enjoy a great time on the beach and/or go golfing. The golf course is close by there’s also a market area with Shopping restaurants and grocers about five minutes from the condo.

Condo was clean and cozy for 2 people. Very close to beach and quiet. Place was well stocked. We had an issue getting the key out of the lockbox but a quick call resolved that. Would recommend

Older unit but to be expected given the very low cost. Plenty of space considering it’s a one bedroom villa. Minor leak in bathroom upon arrival. Staff and maintenance were super prompt and efficient communicating and quickly repairing the leak. I highly recommend.

Relaxing Kiawah Getaway

Great location - very close to take a walk onto the beach (under 5 minutes) Very quiet neighborhood (at least in the off season - I rented in early Feb!) Overall, lovely time.

Gem by beach

Incredible stay in this gem by the beach. We loved our time in West Beach. Check in was seamless, the unit was clean and had everything we needed, and Vacasa went above and beyond in communication throughout the process. Would highly recommend to another couple!

Great Location, Perfect for a Long Weekend!

All info was waiting for us when we arrived. It was very easy getting in and settled. The cleanliness was impeccable.We loved the location. It was our first time to Kiawah Island, and the closeness to the beach and local amenities was great. Long walks on the beach and bike rides was so convenient, nice and fun. We will definitely be back.

Very nice!

Very pretty…Clean…spacious. Perfect for 2 people. Very close to the beach. Bathroom sink area is very small, but we made it work.

Condo in paradise

The condo was very clean, spacious living space and beautiful wall of windows looking out at tropical vegetation. The beach is a short wake from the condo.
