Great house and a great location. The beach access was an easy bike ride, which was really convenient. The house is laid out really well, with the bedrooms separated from the kitchen and dining area, so you could be up and moving around without waking anyone. We really enjoyed having coffee and hanging out on the back porch in the mornings. We’d definitely stay here again.

Thank you for the great review. We’re glad Belted Kingfisher 207’s location and layout worked so well—an easy bike ride to the beach, bedrooms separated from the main living area, and that peaceful back porch for morning coffee. We’d love to welcome you back again.

This was a lovely home with a great outdoor space. The pool area was nice and private with ample seating. We loved the covered porch since we had a good bit of rain while we were there. The kitchen was well stocked. We do wish access to the beach was a little bit easier but it was still manageable with a wagon and good walking legs! The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating to our needs. We would stay here again.

Thank you for the thoughtful review. We’re glad Belted Kingfisher 207 worked well for you—especially the private pool, covered porch, and well-stocked kitchen. We appreciate the note about beach access and will share that with the team. It’s great to hear our responsiveness helped, and we’d be happy to host you again.

Great experience. Beautiful area of Kiawah. Would definitely return here. Only complaint was that we asked prior to check in if garage would be available for bikes we were told it was, but we didn’t have access to it when we reached out to property management company, they said that the access to the garage is not available for guest only for property owners. There is a little area behind the garage that you can put the bikes in so we made it work. But was an inconvenience that we didn’t plan for. All in all felt a great experience and will definitely consider returning to this house out of the four houses we’ve stayed at, this has by far in the best. The layout was awesome and loved the pool outside.

Great island getaway...very secluded and private. Distance to beach is quite far without near parking so bikes are a must. House is spacious but bathrooms and kitchen coukd use an update--especially the range which wirks poorly. Property manager very helpful. Overall, relaxing vacation

Beautiful house!!

Really enjoyed our stay on Belted Kingfisher!! Pool was so much bigger and nicer than it appeared online. Plenty big enough for our immediate family of four and 3 grand parents. Never could get the dvd player to work in the family room even after maintenance came out , appeared that remote was missing. All in all it was a great trip, probably our 10 th rental property and would definitely rent again. Happy Holidays 😀
