This beautiful villa is located on the corner of the first floor and features incredible ocean and beach views from the private deck and master bedroom. The spacious deck with outdoor seating can be accessed from both the master suite and living room and it's the ideal place to dine with a view. Tempur-pedic mattresses in the master and queen bedrooms will provide guests with a good night’s sleep. This family-friendly getaway offers guests access to a shared swimming pool and grills.

This condo is located in the front beach area of Isle of Palms, which is a hot spot for swimming, surfing, fishing, and outdoor recreation of all kinds and for all tastes. Isle of Palms Beach is a stone's throw away and is one of the quietest, family-friendly beaches nearby, perfect for a fun-filled day with your group. You are just steps from local dining, shopping, and nightlife. Head to the local marina to take part in water activities such as jet skis, boat tours, and more. Hop in the car and drive four and a half miles to Mt. Pleasant, three and a half miles to Sullivan’s Island, and 13 miles to historic Charleston.

Spacious accommodations, easy to use TV remotes (for seniors), beautiful views of the ocean, and plentiful kitchen supplies. A ten digit entry code is a bit much, but otherwise a great stay.

Great location!

We had a wonderful week. Perfect location and accommodations for my family. Loved the private stairs and access to the beach, being able to leave all the sand toys on the porch!! Look forward to going again next year!

Spring Break on IOP

We spent a few days on IOP for Spring Break. The condo was an amazing size for our family of five (it could’ve held even more people). Many, if not all, of the concerns expressed by previous reviewers have been addressed by the owners. There’s a new refrigerator, a big, comfortable sectional and the condo is in the perfect location.

Great location and generous space

Access to the beach is great. We loved the location of the condo and lots of room for our group of 10! Condo is a little aged and could use some lounging furniture on the outdoor patio. Overall we would stay here again!

A Wonderful Stay

I had friends from out of town visiting, and we wanted to stay by the beach. This rental has a direct pathway to the beach and unit pool. The apartment was immaculately clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. There was enough room for all seven of us, and we had a great time relaxing on the beach and pool. The location is perfect for walking to all the restaurants in Isle of Palms, so no need to worry about additional parking. I highly recommend this rental.

Great Location; can use some improvements

The layout and the location of the condo were great but the furniture is a little worn. The sofas and the beds can use some updating. The location is perfect right on the beach. The owners should invest in updating the furniture and appliances.

Beautiful location and great property

The condo has lots of space for people to spread out and the oversized deck overlooking the ocean was wonderful. Having the starter soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc was very nice. The only thing we had problems with was parking as it only comes with 2 spaces. We were traveling from all over the country and had 6 vehicles. We are already planning our next visit.
