Let this first-level Beachwalker Villa be your home away from home and enjoy a getaway with plenty of great amenities and a great location near the beach! Admire partial ocean views from the large covered porch, which happens to offer plenty of seating for the group and an outdoor dining area so you can enjoy your meals al fresco. This getaway has been tastefully decorated with elegant and bright touches throughout along with sleek furnishings. Prepare one-of-a-kind meals in the fully-equipped kitchen and surprise your group!

What’s nearby:
An easy one block walk will take you to the beach or the heart of Folly on Center Street where you will have access to shopping and restaurants. Sign up for surfing or paddleboard lessons at one of the various rental companies on the island. Find fine dining, shopping options, an aquarium, and plenty of boat charters at downtown Charleston, 11.5 miles away. It's totally worth the trip, especially if you're into history. Book a boat tour to admire the Charleston harbor and spot some dolphins. You'll be able to see The Battery, Waterfront Park, the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge, Fort Sumter, and Castle Pinckney.

Another amazing stay in Folly

This is our second time at this place in Folly. We absolutely love everything about it! The location, the porch is probably our favorite thing about the place! The host was very responsive to a few minor issues and were fixed in no time! A place to stay!!

Great Location

We stayed for a long weekend and had the best time. The condo is perfect for 2-4 adults. You can't beat the views of the ocean or people watching off the deck. Just a short walk to the beach, shopping, and dining.

Nice place

Property was nice, but people upstairs were very loud. Man in unit next door kept looking from his porch into our living room. Also...a swiffer mop or dust mop would be helpful to keep floors free of sand.

Nice place and location

Kitchen utensils need replaced(pots and pans), need a larger garbage can in the kitchen, overall I would stay here again.

Fantastic getaway!

This condo was the perfect space for two couples on vacation. In walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch looking at the sunrise over the ocean. Will be back!

Easy, breezy (pun attended) process. When wanting to add an additional stay, assistant was very helpful and personable.

I loved the condo and the location! Just a very short walk to the gorgeous beach and the local establishments. I liked it so much that I didn't want to leave. I hope to visit again in the future. The condo was like a home away from home.

The perfect place!

Very clean and spacious. The location can’t be better as it is in the middle of everything, but still quietly tucked away. Property managers were very easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. It was also well stocked with everything you need on vacation. We will go back to this spot.

Great time!

The check in process was a breeze compared to others we have dealt with. 1 of our daughters messed up the lock code...was fixed immediately. The location and condo itself was fabulous! The decore was also really nice.
