The Space:

Situated mere steps to the beach at the Grand Pavilion at Wild Dunes, enjoy the best of island living at this renovated 4BR/4BA all-suite retreat. Highlights include a sleek kitchen, ocean views, and smart TVs in each bedroom.



Venture steps from your door to shops and eateries, two outdoor pools, and the gorgeous sand and surf at the beach. Delight in fun-filled days riding bikes along the trails, playing tennis or golf.



** If traveling with a larger group, consider also renting the adjacent home. **



LIVING AREA



A sectional, sofa, and two armchairs set the scene for relaxation and comfort in the living area. When the sun sets, kick back and settle in to stream favorite shows on the smart TV.



KITCHEN & DINING



Prepare favorite foods in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring sleek stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and helpful gadgets.



While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for three. Gather for mealtime around the six-person dining table.



BED & BATH



This vacation rental accommodates 16 guests in four suites – each equipped with a smart TV.



Find supreme comfort in the ocean-view top-floor primary suite, complete with a king bed, full bed, and a private balcony with seating for two. The en-suite bathroom comes with a double vanity, garden soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



The second suite features two queen beds and a desk, while the third and fourth suites are each outfitted with two queen beds as well.



The other three en-suite bathrooms are each configured with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Perfect ladies get away

Property was beautiful and housed our group of ladies perfectly. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious-water pressure was great! The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to cook breakfast and make snacks for the beach. Loved being able to step out onto a boardwalk and walk right to the beach/pool. Area was so nice we talked about making this a yearly trip.

Beautiful and in the perfect location

This property was beautiful and it was in a great location in the resort. Right on the boardwalk only about a block away from the beach. The house had lots of thoughtful amenities like soap and shampoo, dish detergent, and even laundry pods and dryer sheets. All the bedrooms were an excellent size and it was so nice having two large beds and a full bathroom attached to each one. It made for a super comfortable stay for a large group of adults.

8th Annual Friends Weekend

We absolutely loved the house, location, amenities, cleanliness, spacious bedrooms and upgraded baths. The only negatives were the noisy beds (all except the king) and the oven that had a “lock” button on it that made it impossible for us to use (no big deal, we made do without) and the 1st floor thermostat that kept resetting to a preprogrammed setting.

Great location, decent home

The best part about this house is the location. It's a perfect walk to the beach, pools, shops/restaurants, and other areas around Wild Dunes. But this house in particular is quite old. The furniture was like the owner went and randomly got whatever he/she could find and kind of threw it together for a rental. The house hasn't been updated in a while and it could use some TLC. But overall the house was very clean, and despite the AC being out when we got there, the bathtub didn't drain, the dishwasher also wouldn't drain, some of the bulbs were out...the property managers were very responsive and compensated us for the AC trouble the first night, so we really can't complain. I'd probably choose another house on the boardwalk for our next trip, but nevertheless, and like I said before--this house is really for the location! My family and I had a great time.

Sorry to do this but…

When we rented, the listing said we had the 2 Wild Dunes pools to use. Right before we get there we get an email saying we do not have access to those pools. Email after email and no word about where or how to gain access to a pool. The coffee maker did not work and the showers were dirty/moldy. Also it was a very loud place at night with people partying past 2 am. Not my favorite trip.
