Featuring hardwood floors, an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a sofa bed, and a lofted bedroom, 195 East Bay is the definition of comfort and convenience. Channel your inner chef and let your creativity flow in the well-equipped kitchen - treat your guests to mouth-watering meals, and you'll be the star of your group. Then, cozy up on the couch and read a good book, catch up with emails using the free WiFi, or watch TV. No matter how you decide to spend your afternoon, this home away from home is equipped to provide the best lodging experience for you all.

You'll be located on East Bay Street, within walking distance of Charleston's most widely acclaimed bars and restaurants. One of the peninsula's most visited parks is Joe Riley Waterfront Park, roughly 350 yards away. It offers incredible views of Charleston harbor, family-size swings, picnicking and sunbathing areas, two large fountains, and free WiFi. History buffs will have a blast! Downtown Charleston offers a plethora of great museums, art galleries, and historical landmarks to help you get a better understanding of the history of the city.

Beautiful Charleston

This property was in the perfect location for walking the city. Close to many restaurants, parks, and interesting sites. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs which they did mention but be careful if you have any mobility issues. We loved our stay at this lovely condo.

Quick Girls Trip

My friend and I visited with her daughter and mine to celebrate my friends 50th birthday. The location and property were fantastic for our stay. It was in a great location and very comfortable for the four of us. Right in the heart of everything and a great place to rest after a long day of sightseeing, beaching and exploring! The only snag we ran into was what to do with our luggage on checkout day until we had to go to the airport but the team was very helpful in getting us connected with Charleston Bag Valet.

Awesome condo, awesome location!

Great Location!

This place is perfect if you are wanting to stay in historical Charleston. We literally walked everywhere. Very close to shops, restaurants and market.

GREAT LOCATION

It was wonderful to be able almost anywhere in downtown Charleston from our location! Close to The Market, restaurants, the waterfront parks and shopping! The apartment/loft was also very comfortable and a great home base for Charleston!

Wonderful location, spacious room.

We recently stayed here as a family (2 kids). The room was clean, well furnished, with a wonderful location. Central to most tourist activities, or a short walk away (20 min walk to the aquarium, and Fort Sumter boat), was very convenient. This is where we will stay next time we come to Charleston!

We enjoyed our stay

Nice units in the middle of the historic district. The building is old but the units are nice. Many restaurants within a few blocks. We greatly enjoyed our stay in Charleston.
