Check-in was easy. We ran into a few issues with the property (hot water heater shutting off, one of the toilets not flushing and ac unit going out) but they were quick to respond and get someone out to fix the issues every time we reached out. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs.

Thank you for your thoughtful review, Megan. We’re glad to hear that check-in was easy, that you enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and fenced-in yard, and that our team was responsive whenever you reached out. We sincerely apologize for the disruptions you experienced during your stay, particularly with the hot water heater, toilet, and air conditioning. We understand how frustrating it was to have multiple maintenance issues arise during what should have been a relaxing vacation, and we especially regret the inconvenience caused by the rug and the time spent coordinating repairs. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while our team and vendors worked to address each issue. We’re glad we were able to respond and get the necessary repairs completed, and we appreciate you bringing everything to our attention so we could address it. Thank you again for staying with us and for your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you and your dogs with the smooth, carefree stay you were expecting next time.

The house was amazing. Everything was very clean. The attention to detail was impeccable through out the house. From the decor to the flowers made out of tissue paper. Hand soap in every bathroom, as well as shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The kitchen had a clean sponge and dish soap at the sink. Plenty of towels. Having the washer and dryer enabled ups to pack light and run a few loads during our stay. The pool was our absolute favorite. We spent lots of time in the pool. The water was amazing and was always clean. We also used the BBQ grill which was also very clean and had a full tank of propane. We felt very comfortable in this house. Like we were home. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. We would most definitely rent this property again. Thank you Casago Team!!

Thank you for taking the time to share such a wonderful review. We’re pleased Coquina Treasure was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked — from the toiletries and kitchen supplies to the washer/dryer. It’s great the pool and grill were highlights and that the neighborhood felt quiet and homey. We’ll share your kind words with our housekeeping and maintenance teams. We look forward to welcoming you back to Coquina Treasure. — Casago Team
