This property was PERFECT for our family of four. The neighborhood is very quiet and has little traffic. Outdoor space was excellent for relaxing with multiple options for entertainment. Very fast drive to shopping, restaurants, and activities. 10-15 minute drive to several wonderful beaches. Can walk to Publix. Basic beach accessories are available, in good condition, and really were useful to our family. Highly recommend Madeira Beach. We had a minor issue with the hot tub that was addressed as quickly as it could be and the host had great communication regarding it. We would stay at this property any time in the future should we be in the area again.

Great place!

This is a great house and we loved our stay. It was very clean and very open. The layout was perfect. I think it’s more open than it appears in the pictures in the listing. The backyard is fantastic. The screened in porch, the patio, the deck, the covered deck, the pool -what a great place to hang out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was a great property though communication could have been better. The dryer was broken and they did replace it on our second day there but did not tell us before we arrived so that we would know not to use it. We had wet clothes in the dryer. No big deal though. They were quick to respond on everything except when we told them the hot tub was dirty (it had a strong odor of chlorine but hair and a pineapple chunk lay in the water). A day later they told us they would send someone asap but it wasn't until their regular cleaning routine on a Wednesday someone did come. This left our first full week with no hot tub. Again not a big deal but could have been better but outside of this, we loved the property and would come again. All in all it was a great vacation for our kids and us and we would recommend this property to others as a great place to stay at.

Perfect place for beach and quiet time

We chose this place for the outdoor space. It was awesome. The small backyard space has been laid out perfectly and can accommodate even large families comfortably. The pool was clean. Screened in porch was lovely. Publix right around the corner! And just a quick drive to the beach!

Get-away Gem

Pros: - Clean - Nice outdoor space: pool (not heated), fire pit, shaded swing, raised deck, lounge chairs. - Within reasonable driving distance of Clearwater Beach, Indian Beach, Johns Pass, etc - Nice tub in master bathroom - Comfortable beds - Overall quiet neighborhood - Multiple TVs - Well stocked kitchen - Pre-cut firewood on premises - 2 full bathrooms were very well cleaned upon arrival, looked brand new. - Responsive VRBO owner/management team Cons: - Not of the property itself, but at least two neighbors tend to let their dogs loose (no leash) and seem to make zero effort to reign in their dogs. Nothing like getting accosted by an angry dog at 11pm walking into your VRBO. Keep this in mind if you have small children or have had prior issues with dogs. Not sure how this can be rectified if it’s the standard within the neighborhood to walk dogs without leashes. Overall: - Great get-away gem within driving distance of wonderful beaches and boardwalks. Would highly recommend!
