Reef Club

The Space:
Reef Club 306 is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom rental with a fabulous view of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax and enjoy sunsets from your private balcony, or take advantage of the shared pool and hot tub.

This well-appointed space has been recently remodeled. Everything you need for a memorable vacation is right here. Amenities include new tile in the common areas, carpeted bedrooms, a brand new kitchen with granite counters, bathrooms with new granite, and new bedding, towels, beach towels, and linens. There are three flatscreen TVs and a full-size washer and dryer, and the complex has a large heated pool, tennis courts, and designated parking. Treat yourself to a wonderful vacation!

Good Sized Unit in central IRB Location

We enjoyed our stay; unfortunately it was cold & rainy most days (Christmas Break 2023) so we couldn't enjoy the beach, but on the nice(r) days the grass lawn area and hot tub were a godsend for the kids. Our unit had a bit of a musty air smell, but that may be because the furnace isn't used to be turned on frequently. Well stocked kitchen and good sized bedrooms.

Don’t rent from Vacasa

I feel bad for the property owners that pay Vacasa. Shower didn’t drain and dryer didn’t work . Reached out to Vacasa numerous times kept saying they would fix the problem and never did . Promised a credit for the issues and the never issued credit and doesn’t respond . If you see a property listed by Vacasa run. I would rather stay at a motel 6.

OK STAY

Condo was clean however master bdrm could use a couple rugs and floor cleaning. Access to condo was perfect appreciated the grocery cart upon checking in. The parking spot for this rental is a problem cause you need to back into it since it is angled. WIFI is unreliable.

Perfect property in Cap Cana

The property was perfect, and exactly what we were looking for. The wrap around pool makes this unit the best in the Cap Cana Fishing Lodge by far! We will certainly book this exact unit again!

Solid Beach Vacation

This was a really nice and clean unit that was stocked with anything you could possibly need for a beach vacation, including several box fans which were a real life saver as you'll read later in the review. The location is amazing and I was really impressed with how laid back everything was in the Indian Rocks area. If you go a few miles north Clearwater is madhouse in comparison. Some of the reviews mention noise, but we didn't have any issues and in fact the security manager introduced himself as we unloaded and showed us how to contact him. You can tell he really cared. The reason for the 4 star instead of the 5 star review is we did experience an issue with the AC for half the stay and dealing with the Vacasa outsource support process was extremely painful. They have an option to text which takes hours to get a reply, most of the time in the middle of the night, or call and it didn't seem effective in resolving the issue and they treated me like an idiot. It wasn't until they put me in touch with local support team (Allie maybe?) that I felt I got the customer care I expected with such an annoying issue in the middle of July in Florida. It did take several days to fix the issue even after speaking with the local Vacasa team, but her explanations for the delays were logical and reasonable and she did everything to make it right. I'm not sure I would rent another Vacasa property again, but that feedback is more about the support experience.

Beautiful beach and pool, easy walk to many restaurants, condo great and very well stocked!

Loved our stay! Had a glitch being locked out one day for an hour and a half due to the key pads battery dead. The customer service number (after being on hold for quite awhile) was helpful with maybe outdated lockbox instructions. Our rep, once contacted came out an hour or so after that to fix. Would have loved late check-out accepted as compensation as requested but not given.

Great location, lovely condo

This was a great condo, had everything we could need. We had beach towels, chairs, a tent, cooler, well equipped kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Check in was easy. Location was also great, right on the beautiful beach. Lots of restaurants around, nice pool and jacuzzi. I can’t give it 5 stars because unfortunately for our 10 day stay we could not sleep during the night nor sleep-in. This is not fault of the owner but the property does not lock or enforce pool hours so we had teens and young adults vaping, drinking and so loud sometimes up to 3am and they would continue the outdoor party in the balconies it was impossible to rest; then people would be in the pool with screaming kids at 7am and also loud yard work would begin at 7am or earlier. Pool hours have signs of 9am-10pm but it was really open 24h. It was nice to have a designated parking spot so close to the elevators.

Wonderful stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo. The location in IRB is great and the condo property was perfect for our family needs. The condo itself was great as well, beautiful views and nicely appointed. As with any property like this, proximity to neighbors can impact your stay. The upstairs neighbors either have a sound system with a lot of bass, our they are constantly moving furniture (daytime only noise that didn't negatively impact our stay). It can be a bit noisy on the balcony, you can hear everyone in the pool or on their balconies, and smoke from neighboring smokers does drift to the balcony. The condo has beach towels, two beach umbrellas, and 4 beach chairs. Unfortunately when we arrived, both umbrellas were broken (one was unusable and the other was broken but usable, because it was broken it couldn't withstand strong winds) and one chair was completely and not usable. We still got our full use out of the beach even with these minor inconveniences. Of note, the condo has two sets of floatation devices for young kids (under three) and a pack n play. Also, the property has a community toy chest near the pool full pool toys and beach toys. We bought toys on our trip and donated them to the community chest. Overall, great stay! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Overall our experience was good. The condo was cozy and just as pictured. Pool area was nice and access was great. Only minor issues with the condo. Not all the receptacles worked making it difficult to have the baby monitor set up in the one bedroom. Might be worth having an electrician sort them out. That was minor though. Great location. Lots of nice spots to eat and kid friendly.

Beautiful Beach

We had some trouble when we arrived getting into the condo and had to wait for management company to figure it out. Accommodations were nice and cozy. They do have beach chairs, toys and umbrellas in the condo. (We asked prior to trip and were told no, so we bought some on our way from the airport, come to find they did) The pool, tennis and grill area were great! The place was a little loud at night due to others staying in other condos, preventing us from keeping our window open. Overall was a great time and location on the beach.

Very nice, relaxing

My husband, my oldest son, DIL and grandson spent a week here. The condo was clean and there were no issues. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. My favorite was early mornings on the balcony watching the waves. I even saw dolphins a couple of mornings!

Nice Location, Well Stocked

We rented #306 and stayed for 10 days. The condo was clean and extremely well stocked with place settings, silverware, cookware, even beach umbrellas. The only real problem was the mattresses. All of them were old, soft, and very lumpy. Our sleep was badly disrupted. If you can't sleep on your vacation, that's a problem!

Two weeks in March

Our stay at the The Reef Club was not what we expected. The property is clean and well cared for. The views and beach access are very good. The building configuration is a magnet for noise. Our first week was ruined by spring breakers keeping us up all night. Parties until 3 -4 in the morning. Very little regard for the rules or warnings. Complaints to the rental agent and condo association did not help. Our second week was better, but the pool and tennis courts are in your face when sitting on the balcony. Noise travels up. Tenants above us were dragging furniture late in the evening. Our unit was a bit worn and in some cases not as clean as it should be. Second bath tub needed scrubbing. We had several light bulbs that were out and the shower drain cover in the master bath was missing a screw and the cover would not stay in place. It appears Housekeeping inspections by the rental agent are in order. The master bed is not comfortable as the mattress sits on a spring base, and sits on an oversize bed frame we kept hitting our feet and shins on. We have stayed at other properties in Indian Rocks Beach and we love the beach, the restaurants and the fact we can walk to many places. We will not stay here again. We were disappointed.

Great condo and fantastic location

This condo is excellent for extended families. The bedroom configuration, couches, decor, and kitchen setup were just perfect for our needs. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. The condo has a nice deck with great furniture so 4-6 adults can hang out at night. And it is kid friendly as evidenced by us having a 3 year old girl and 10 month old boy there for ten days without any issues. Our 10m crawler was very active and he had no issues with pulling up on and crawling around the furniture. The location is perfect for families that don't want to drive a lot. There are a number of restaurants within 5 minutes walk, a convenience store one block away, and a bike rental place two blocks away. We stayed for 10 days and had a fantastic time. It was so nice that my Dad and his fiance decided to move their wedding up a month so we could have the ceremony right out front of the apartment building! Indian Rocks Beach is a magic location with shops, restaurants, bars, rental places, and a long wide beach. And it is quite handy to Largo for a number of malls, Walmart, Target, etc for modern conveniences. Vivian was a great host. The water main was shut off when we arrived since there had been some work. And, despite the management company visiting to resolve the issue within 15 minutes, she called to make sure that everything had been taken care of and that we were fully settled :). Stay a while... you'll wish you didn't have to leave! :)

Spacious Condo with a Great view.

The condo was perfect for our family. It's very clean, spacious and well equipped. We felt like we were at home with all this condo had to offer. It has a great view of the pool area and the beach/ocean. We spent a lot of time on the balcony on our trip. This is our 2nd time to Reef Club and we will be back again and hope this condo is available. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place in IRB. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The condo is well stocked with everything you will need, from beach chairs and umbrella, to blenders and wine glasses! There is plenty of space, and it was very clean and updated. Loved to views of the water, and the beach was fabulous. The heated pool was another plus! We are definitely looking to come back!
