The Space:

Take in fresh air and a cool beverage on a colorfully furnished balcony. With beach house-inspired decor and bright walls, this townhouse is all set up to be your personal beach house. Have fun putting together meals in the galley-style kitchen, outfitted with full-size appliances for all your cooking needs. Don't worry about the heat - central air conditioning will keep everyone comfortable. Both upstairs bedrooms feature an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and the bedroom with peach-colored walls features a bonus private balcony. The beach is never far away here!

My wife and I loved the place. The location was absolutely perfect, and my wife liked the fact that it was a quiet area. The bedroom to the left after coming up the steps. The water handle is about to fall off. Your post on Vrbo stated there were beach chairs and other items available to use. It also stated in the post there was a washer and dryer available. I messaged twice and never got a reply on the location of these items. It was kind of a bummer not being able to use these items because we packed very light this trip. Other than that, my wife and I liked the place. Thanks

Real issues with credit card processing. Place is old with mold on ceiling, bathtub and refrigeratorNo laundry in unit or in complex (information said there was) False advertising.No internet. Had to call to access. Old sheets / bedcoverings, carpet. All old. Would never stay at this place again

Great location and nice place

Property was exactly as listed. It was a quiet community which was nice. Unit was very clean and up to date. Right across from the beach too. We'll definitely be back.

Perfect!

This place was perfect for our week stay in Indian Shores. It’s not even a 5 minute walk to the beach and they provided everything you’d need to take on the beach with you. It has a super cute beachy feel to the place which makes it that much more relaxing. My family and I loved it and hope to rent it again sometime in the near future when we plan our trip back!

Great Location

My family with three teenagers enjoyed our stay at Indian Shores. You can not find a better location for the price. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the several restaurants, stores and ice cream shops within walking distance. My teenagers also enjoyed a few days by the pool. Indian shores had lots of extra beach supplies in the garage including extra towels! Thanks again for everything! Highly recommended to anyone.

Close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay. Everything about the location was great. Close to the beach access and centrally located to attractions and food. The only problem was the cleanliness of the tile floors. Our 10 month old was filthy from her knees to her feet after about 30 seconds of crawling on the floor. Other than that, the rest of the condo was clean. Note: elderly or physically challenged people might have problems with the stairs. The first floor is a garage that is only for storage. There is a flight of stairs to reach the living area and another flight of stairs to reach the bedrooms.

Overall our stay was good. Only complaint is the room could use some major upgrades. I know the area was hit with a hurricane last year but a lot of the neighboring units were pretty much already fixed up. The floor had a huge crack in it, the sliding door in the living room is very hard to open, the carpet needs replaced or cleaned badly. The shower nozzle in the second bedroom is broke and comes off if you barely touch it. The porch light was blew so we had to replace it ourselves. The remote batteries were dead to the TV in the living room. Could use with a paint job as well as a lot of the paint is chipping or just dirty looking. Just a few simple things here and there that just need updating or fixed. I really enjoy the location and room especially since we stayed here previously a few years ago. It used to have a washer and dryer in the garage but no longer has which is kind of inconvenient but we made do and found a laundry mat near by.

Great location

Short walk to the beach. The pool is beautiful, a little cooler than I hoped for, but still jumped in a number of times. The trolley stop is right by the condo and we took it down to Treasure Island. There is an app that you can use to get a discounted rate. There are many beach items available in the garage including chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. There is plenty of space for everyone. Having a bathroom in both bedrooms was really convenient, along with a half bath on the main floor. It is decorated as shown and it is so cute! The condo washer did not work and we were told it would be fixed at the start of the stay. It was not fixed and we were given a small discount. There was no toaster, oven mitt, or kitchen towels. After multiple phone calls, the manager did bring us all new. I prefer having a local contact number when staying at rentals Overall, this is a beautiful condo and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Great location- so, so property

Fantastic location, easy check in and check out. Beds are comfortable. Property could use some TLC (lots of water comes in through the top of the patio doors during the heavy rain that we had to clean up), guest bath toilet has been "glued" back together, etc. It also could stand to have the owners "inventory" it. There is barely anything in the kitchen (no tea spoons, the only spatula has the handle broke off so is half a spatula, horrible pans, the built in microwave is broken and the new one on the counter was too small to even pop a bag of popcorn, etc). Almost all of the beach items are unusable, beach chairs are broken and if it's not broken it leaves rust stains on everything. We did buy a few new things that we left there. I know these items are not required but we rent properties in Florida twice a year and rarely have to go purchase things like this, which is a nice bonus when flying and we can not bring or take large items back with us. Also the two balconies are a great feature but the one off the master bedroom is completely empty, which makes it pretty unusable. Some seating up there would be a nice addition.

Perfect location with access to the beach! My group and I loved being steps away from the sand/beach and local spots. Communication with our host was timely and helpful. We did experience some difficulty with connecting to the wifi — but that was quickly resolved with our host. The lay out was great for a group of four, especially the two master bedrooms with connecting bathrooms. Overall, wonderful experience!
