The Space:

***Dear Guests,

Please be advised that our property is currently undergoing important restoration and improvement work designed to enhance your future experience. This project includes updates to balconies, walkways, building exteriors, stairways, and other concrete surfaces.



Enjoy gorgeous water views on your private balcony at this Gulf getaway. You’ll love the popular Water View complex - a centrally located hideaway overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. Take a dip in the heated pool after sunkissed days on the shore - you’re 50 steps from sugary white-sand beaches.



Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with generous counter space and lots of handy extras. Kick back in the open living area or unwind in the plush primary suite. Thoughtful perks like a private washer/dryer and provided beach gear add convenience to your stay.



During your stay, you may notice the following:

• Elevator is down in the West Building until further Notice

• Occasional construction noise during daytime hours

• Limited access to certain outdoor areas and balconies

• Temporary closures of balconies while repairs are in progress

• Changes to walkway access routes around the property

• Active work zones visible in some common areas

• Potential for minor debris related to construction activities

• Potential pool, hot tub, parking area, and common area closures

(Pool, hot tub, and parking access will be available at Quiet Waters when Water View facilities are closed)

Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

Streaming is available with guests' own accounts.

Strict rental restrictions apply per complex rules. Only one guest per seven days.

Everything about the property is awesome. We could watch dolphins swimming by off the fishing pier on property. Beach is literally steps away. Great place!!!!

Really convenient and spacious

Stayed here around the end of year holidays. This is a really spacious 2 bed condo right in the middle of everything. Easy access to an awesome beach and the intracoastal, and fairly close to shopping and food. Loved it!

We love Indian shores because it’s a great location. Water view is right between Clearwater and St Pete. Perfect location to experience both beach towns! The condo was beautiful clean and perfect for a family of 4!

Beautifully updated

We loved the condo as well as well as the super comfortable furniture! We would definitely rent this one again. Getting the tv’s and cable synced up was a little tricky ( maybe just me) but not a big deal . Many great restaurants within walking distance.

Beautiful comfortable oasis

The home was immaculate, clean, with spotless bathrooms and bedrooms. Kitchen was great, large and versatile fully equipped the location is ideal only half a block from the beach, with a great pool and hot tub that were also immaculate. Beautiful views from the balcony, ceiling fans strategically placed to keep you cool along with the AC. My wife and I loved it here and plan on returning at least once a year to enjoy the beaches and local faire. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Waterview is lovely property. Well-maintained.

The condo was very nice; well-appointed. Bed was one of the most comfortable we have experienced! Nice balcony; great view. Only thing missed was dust in the sitting/TV area and rug hadn't been swept. Everything else immaculate! We hope to come again spring and fall 2018.

This is an amazing property. All amenities you would need were included., Lovely décor, comfortable beds, and amazing views - front and back. One issue was the carpeting. It was very dirty, looked like it had never been cleaned. Would need to be cleaned before we rented again.
