**RESTORATION & CONSTRUCTION NOTICE **

The Holiday Villas III board of directors has informed us that Holiday Villas III Condominium building will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project beginning in late February 2023 l, continuing throughout 2024, expecting to be completed by mid 2025. This project, as with many other condominium projects currently underway in our area, is partially due to recent Milestone Inspection requirements put in place by the State of Florida in 2022. PLEASE NOTE: There are no immediate structural deficiencies related to Holiday Villas III. The board has approved repair work for exterior balconies, concrete and painting.

The good news is that the open-air balcony in our unit 705 is fully useable. And the pool is open to all guests. Our Rental Rates Have Been Reduced. We have slashed rental rates lower because of the possible inconvenience to our guests.
