The Space:
Wake up to the soothing sound of waves from your quiet perch above the Gulf waters or stroll for miles on the white sandy beaches. Enjoy panoramic sunsets from your fabulous beachfront balcony at Shore House 502, where the sundrenched, open floorplan living area is luxuriously outfitted with sleek and contemporary updates to provide an elegant and comfortable stay. Each of the three bedrooms is tastefully decorated to ensure a cozy and relaxing retreat for everyone in your party. The Shore House hosts a lovely pool overlooking the beach with a shaded lounging area. This intimate complex will take you away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and let you enjoy the laid-back beachy atmosphere of Indian Shores.

Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US, and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The county is completing an emergency beach erosion control project on the beaches in Pinellas County. The next stage is for Indian Shores beaches, which is scheduled for preparations on December 8, 2023, with work beginning on Monday, December 11, 2023. The project is slated to last until January 31, 2024. Beaches will be closed in the area during this time and will not be accessible to guests.

Wonderful Beach Condo

The condo is beautiful and clean with a gorgeous view! It is also well equipped. The building has several full time residents and a quiet atmosphere. Would definitely stay there again.

Great views

Very nice condo. Broken elevator upon checkin. Vacasa was of no help. Pool/ gate broken. Again no one to report to. Great location, great condo, poor management for repairs.

Sunset Paradise

Great access to a beautiful beach. Sleep listening to the Gulf waves lapping on the beach. Great kitchen, comfortable beds and beautiful sunsets!

Great location and views!

The cushions on patio and kitchen garbage can need replacement. For the rate we were charged it is ridiculous the horrible condition they were in. All towels in master bedroom had not been dried! Wet, but still folded? Hairs found in drawers in master bedroom. And note: the dishwasher has a leak. And directions on tv use would have been helpful. Closets were a bit crowded with owners’ belongings.

Beach Perfect!

Very roomy and beautifully decorated. Beach location was perfect. Not busy at all. We Ubered to most places just because we wanted to enjoy a few adult beverages. Walking to establishments on a hot sticky day/evening was not desired. Had plenty of towels for five adults. The two smaller bedrooms were warm at night. Twin bedroom had a few outlets that did not work, therefore the table fan could not be used and of course nobody’s going to unplug their devices 😂. TV’s in the two smaller rooms did not work. Had a poor signal. I did not feel comfortable rebooting someone else’s modem to try and rectify the situation. Other than the very minor things it was the perfect condo. The 5th floor is the best view.

Great Place & Owner, Terrible Management

Loved this place, updated, clean and fantastic location; and the communication with the owner pore-check-in was great. Unfortunately, the property management company is between poor and incompetent in our experience. The night before check-out, we went to wash the owner's beach towels (per the rental agreement) and there was no detergent or pods or anything. We had just one soap pod for the dishwasher which we had just started. It was past midnight and there were no stores open. I texted the management company to let them know that they had failed to provide any detergent and that we would not have time to wash the (3 towels) in the morning prior to 10:00 am checkout. They told us to "look for it, it was there". We looked everywhere, it was not. Long story short, after multiple texts back and fort, they levied an additional $56.50 "laundry fee" charge to my credit card. We had already left, and tipped the cleaning staff $20 and left a note on their envelope that there was no laundry detergent to be found in the unit. Now we have to pay an additional $56 for their screw up. So after 2 relaxing days at the beach, I am in a text war with management, stewing, writing negative reviews and dealing with my credit card company to try and dispute the charge. Such an annoying ending to what would have been a great weekend. And I get it, it's just $50 bucks, who cares? Well, Im not built that way. I dont like to get screwed. SO here we are. I seriously hope the owner finds new management, as I loved this place and would have recommended it to all of my local Tampa pals, but I wont be back so long as Teeming Vacation Rental is involved.

Great location, clean property

We had an enjoyable stay! Sunsets were beautiful to watch from the balcony. Unit was clean and was stocked with enough games to occupy the time during the rainy afternoon. There’s a small nature reserve across the street and a bird rehabilitation center a short walk away. Aside from meals, there is very little reason to venture far from the condo.

Beautiful Gulf Views

Condo was clean and in great condition. Excellent communication. Condo has absolutely amazing views of the Gulf. We had a great time in this area and will certainly consider coming back.

Convenient and Relaxing Stay

We had a lovely stay! The condo was clean and very well equipped with everything we needed from the kitchen to the beach. Location was great... more residential than a tourist hotspot, but easy access to the grocery store, restaurants, and activities. We would definitely stay again.

Beach Retreat

The view of the ocean from this condo is stunning. We were right on the beach and also enjoyed the condo’s pool. The condo is clean with the exception of finding animal hair on furniture in several of the rooms. My daughter is allergic to pet dander and hair. We always choose a place where pets are not allowed. The condo has been updated and decorated with a beach theme. The managers were helpful with any questions I had before arriving. The check in and check out was easy. There were many attractions for our family to enjoy. We were able to visit the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Splash Harbor, John’s Pass, and the Bird Sanctuary, and some nice restaurants. We enjoyed our stay at the Shore House.

Perfect Beach Condo

Shore House unit 502 in Indian Shores meets my definition of the perfect beach condo. The gulf views from almost everywhere in the condo are fabulous. The condo is very clean, and the decor is beautiful. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. This is the best beach condo we have ever rented. Very highly recommend!

Best location

This was the best location on Indian Rocks Beach for miles. I walked a couple of miles each direction every morning, and this condo has the only stretch not feet from a high rise. For memorial day weekend, this made a huge difference. Beds slept great. Kitchen well stocked. Would have loved more bath towels, but enjoyed not needing to bring beach towels or chairs.
