This top floor, waterfront 3 BR condo features plenty of space for your whole family to spread out and relax, plus updates everyone will appreciate. From the luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, to the newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, everything has been freshly updated for a beachy vibe!

At the front of the condo is the foyer, and both guest bedrooms and the guest bathroom. One guest bedroom features two queen sized beds both with adjustable bases, a smart Roku TV, and a closet. The other guest bedroom features a convertible couch/ sleeper sofa (full sized equivalent) , a smart Roku TV, and the closet that has the full sized washer and dryer. The updated guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Further in the unit is the main living area, featuring the fully remodeled kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite counters, and all the necessities for your favorite home cooked meals and snacks while on vacation. Plus, both kinds of coffee makers- a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee. There is bar stool seating right off the open concept kitchen, and a dining room table right beside it for the whole family.

The spacious living room features a view of the water and balcony, a super comfortable leather sofa that converts back so each seat has a chaise lounge, and a large Roku TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Plus, access to the waterfront balcony with comfortable seats for everyone to enjoy the beautiful nightly sunsets and Gulf breeze.

The serene master suite also has access to the waterfront balcony, a king sized bed with an adjustable base, Roku TV, walk in closet, and private attached bathroom. The bathroom has a double sink vanity, and a massive walk in, spa like shower.

This beachfront complex is centrally located, and is close to all the action and fun, while still having a peaceful and serene beach and feel. The Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary is right next door to the complex, John's Pass Historic Fishing Village is 5 miles away (10 minute drive), Clearwater Beach and Pier 60 is 10 miles away (25 minute drive), and both the Tampa Airport and St Pete/Clearwater Airport are close by!

The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with a starting supply of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish and hand soap, and laundry and dish pods. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies.
