Townhouse Style Condo with Great Ocean View and Shared Outdoor Pool

New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Pine Knoll Townes is centrally located in Pine Knoll Shores which gives easy access to attractions and events on either end of Bogue Banks. This oceanfront complex sits perpendicular to the ocean and offers parking for two vehicles and an outdoor swimming pool for your enjoyment. Condo 2 is a townhouse-style, smoke-free condo and is conveniently located next to the outdoor pool.

The bottom level of the townhouse has a well-equipped kitchen with all major and small appliances, including a stack washer and dryer. You will also find a half bath and a living room/dining room combo. The dining area gives your family a table with seating for six so everyone can sit together! You will also find more than enough seating for the whole family to gather in front of the flat panel TV to enjoy a show or watch a DVD. The patio is a great spot for a fun family picnic!

On the top level, you will find the sleeping quarters and a full bath. The principal bedroom promises the head of the house a restful night in a queen bed. The principal bedroom also offers a private TV and a private balcony with a great ocean view! The second bedroom offers the family the comfort of one double bed and one twin bed.

Be sure to tell the family it's okay to bring their laptops, netbooks or other electronics because this condominium also offers free WiFi. You can upload your favorite family pictures and make everyone back home envious of your vacation!

Because we are so happy to have you here, we'll even provide a one-time set up of bed, bath, and kitchen linen. Your beds will be made when you arrive. All you need to bring is your beach towels. It's time for you to enjoy your vacation!

Sixth time in this condo group but first in this one. As always, it provided a convenient, affordable location, with great beach access. Main issue would be with uncomfortable furniture and mattresses.

Great community and access to the beach

The place is nothing fancy, but is part of a friendly community, is steps from a pool, and just a few more steps to the beach. The ease of getting to the beach and pool makes it the perfect spot for my family to stay for a beach vacation.

Easy breezy seaside stay

This stay exceeded our expectations !! The beach is literally steps from your door, and the water was clear and warm. Dinner every night on the balcony upstairs overlooking the sea was heavenly ! We will be returning next year I hope.

We were very pleased and will definitely book this unit again if possible. Just an FYI: front outside lights need to be replaced, but area was still very well lit.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Honestly thought this was going to be a scam but it was honestly perfect. Washer & dryer came in super handy. Exactly 31 steps to the beach! Pool was a little too hot to swim (probably as hot as a hot tub).

Location, Location, Location is fantastic

I've been staying many years at a number of the Condo's at PKS, and always prefer the units closest to the Ocean, and this was the case here, the nice part about this particular unit #2 in Phase 1 is that the backside deck & patio are more private than the others because it faces the dunes and the east to watch the sunrise each day, a bonus ! Other than that it was reasonably clean, although it could use some updates, and the toilet in the half bath downstairs needs to be reset as it moves a bit, other than that it was a great vacation and we would certainly consider this unit again in the future !
