Located in a historic building across the street from the Cape Fear River in downtown Wilmington, this updated one-bedroom condo is perfect for your next escape! The unbeatable locale offers prime walkability to the best of downtown, including eateries, museums, and shops. Take a stroll to the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge and the Battleship North Carolina. Wrightsville Beach is less than 11 miles from home.

Your private balcony boasts amazing river views. Inside, the welcoming living area provides plush seating, a smart TV, and a desk. A full suite of stainless steel appliances and stone countertops gleam in the pristine kitchen. When it's time to eat, there is seating at the kitchen bar. Or, head out on the balcony and dine alfresco while enjoying the gorgeous view. The bedroom is fitted with a comfy queen-size bed and a Roku TV. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. Complimentary WiFi and an in-unit washer/dryer are provided.

The condo is a perfect location for easy access to downtown locations and the river view directly across from the Battleship is pretty. Piles of clean bagged towels in the bedroom's only chair seemed haphazard and uninviting. We had one major issue with parking (read your agreement THOROUGHLY) because the "parking card" provided at the door offers no direct/clear information on neither the card nor its placement at the door and our car was towed (240 cash). The parking decks are easy to navigate once you are fully informed, in the contract ONLY.

Fun Getaway

We enjoyed our first stay in Wilmington. The place was decorated nicely. It had everything we needed. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The mattress would be the only thing that I would change about the place.

Easy walk to bars/resturants. Bagels downstairs are great. Fat Tony’s had great Ital., spaghetti w/ meat sauce is nice (add the sausage), wife had tasty lasagna, Cesar salad rock solid, cheapest drinks (no short pour) in town, V. G. service & clean.

We had the best time. The condo is beautifully decorated and was exceptionally clean. It was within walking distance from lots of restaurants and shops downtown. It has a perfect view of the Cape Fear River. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony. We will definitely stay again.

Nice & convenient stay

This was our second time staying in Wilmington. And we enjoyed staying in a condo versus in a hotel. This unit was very clean and convenient to everything we wanted to do and see. Even though there is no on-site parking, it was only a short walk to our car which was in a very secure location. We will stay here again.
