New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.
Enjoy gorgeous sunrise and sunset views from this second-floor Topsail Dunes end unit. Have fun enjoying the pristine beach, swimming in the oceanside pool, or just soaking in the sights and sounds of this recently updated rental.

Featuring an oceanfront balcony and a large living area with great ocean views, the condo also includes a screened porch for Intracoastal Waterway (ICWW) sunset watching. The bedrooms have brand new floors replaced in 2022. Additional perks include three TVs, wireless internet, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and slow cooker, as well as board games and books. A twin ottoman bed and rollaway twin bed provide extra sleeping space.

The Topsail Dunes complex offers guests a large in-ground pool, a family recreation area with a playground, multiple grills, and dedicated beach access.

Beach view was amazing! Home was pretty well-equipped and relatively comfortable. The living room furniture was a bit difficult to get out of.

Perfect for an off-season retreat.

Used the property for a working vacation and the view is marvelous. Just right size and amenities for a single/couple. Visited in February, and saw dolphins almost daily and the beach was warm enough to walk. Very quiet in the off-season, which was helpful.

Great location!

Overall good place to stay. Pictures are accurate. Right on the beach which was amazing. Smart TV but only cable works which was disappointing. But location and access to the beach which was not crowded at all was the best. Good value for three bedroom/two bath and right on the beach.

The check in process was very strange. We were not about to check in until exactly 4pm even though the unit was available much earlier. The appliances such as the stove are very out dated and it was hard to cook on them, The kitchen utensils were not in good shape. The knives were so dull I couldn’t cut up vegetables, the can opener didn’t work, and the pots and pans are very old and need replacing. There were only 4 coffee cups, and with seven adults staying that simply isn’t enough. The tv’s would not work or connect to the internet. Only one set of towels per person is not enough for even get you started for the week. There were only two parking passes, we had people travel from all over as this was a family vacation and did not have enough parking passes for the vehicles. The unit is roomy and is ocean front with beautiful views.

The location is amazing - you cannot get anymore on the beach. The appliances could be upgraded - we did not use the stove as it looked like it was falling apart and the washing machine was not at 100% either. Beds were all uncomfortable for different reasons. Communication was timely with the management company. The location of this rental was exactly what we were looking for.

Amazing Views / Beautiful Unit

This unit is 100% identical to the provided pictures. The views are amazing. The unit was cleaned and stocked well with everything we needed. The end unit was a huge bonus - loved the additional porch at the entrance door.

Had a water leak a day in and had to leave and pack up with our entire family with a new born and multiple toddlers and be relocated. It took 5 hours to be put in a new place: there was zero compensation and it took an entire day out of our 3 day vacation to be relocated. Was not at all happy with our experience.

The unit was under construction no water and dirty! Unable to reach anyone with the rental property and could not get assistance from VACASA or VRBO! Had to find another place on our own and then finally heard back from Coastal properties. They did reimburse the deposit but a credit for another trip would be appreciate

Second time we have stayed at this condo, we love the location to the ocean, big windows that provide lots of light and views to watch the ocean, dolphins and military ships and aircraft. Sadly living room sofas are worn down and bathroom wast mildewy smelling making it difficult to breathe in the main bedroom.

property was excellant had problems with tv in both bedrooms but we didn't go to watch tv. all of us are elderly and didn't have an elevator got very tired of walking up and down steeps

Pictures were a little deceptive. Appliances needs updated. Stove was hard to work with and dishwasher did not wash ver well. Bed comfort was terrible and they all need replace with higher quality for what the unit was renting for. Not as clean as anticipated. Probably won’t rent again. Area and beach was nice. Also air conditioning did not keep up on hot days. Got to warm in unit. Has potential to be better with some investment. Just my suggestion.
