Unwind in the well-appointed great room with new furniture, including two new recliners, plenty of books, a TV, and so much more. Channel your inner chef and surprise your guests with delicious meals and beach snacks on the go in the fully equipped, open kitchen. It's complete with all major appliances (dishwasher included) that will make cooking a breeze. Would you like to treat yourself and your muscles to a soothing evening? Then, head over to the private hot tub on the deck and relax while admiring unparalleled beach and ocean views. Additional amenities include six TVs, five DVDs, a Blu-Ray player, a Wii console, high-speed internet, a Pack N' Play, two booster seats, a horseshoe pit behind the home, an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand, and one Jacuzzi tub in one of the main bedrooms.

Property needs attention. Pool and hot tub out of service. Rusty furniture on deck. Rusty deck nails sticky up. Clothes washer moldy. This property falls short of expectations.

Overall the house was good with a Great view! We had an issue with the kitchen sink pipe bursting and it took 36 hours to get a tech there…. The fridge was warm on arrival and we had to wait 12+ hours for it to cool down. The initial code to entry didn’t work, but they were quick to respond! Otherwise no complaints. The positives- lots of room, kitchen well stocked, the view, location of home, bedrooms/bathrooms were good. Hot tub was nice!

Multi family beach trip

We rented with two families, and had a great trip! The house was spacious and well laid out, clean, nicely decorated and had almost every kitchen item you would need. Be aware it is a lot of up and down stairs, more than you think from the photos to the beach, our older guests had a hard time. Also note, there are no beach chairs, umbrellas etc, so bring anything you want for the beach. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all, we even saw sea turtles hatching one night! The king beds mattresses and pillows were not very comfortable and probably at end of life, but it was nice that every bedroom has direct access to a bathroom and porch. The house has lots of games and books, but no Wii console as stated in the amenities. Also do not walk around the yard barefoot, there are cactus type plants in the yard, 3 kids got long needles in n their feet. Overall very relaxing and well equipped house for a multi-family beach trip. Thanks!

Celebration of family

Master bed upstairs is bad. Urine stains on mattress cover, support for mattress not right. Had 2 couples try out room and both said could not sleep in it last 2 nights. Stains on mid level cover on king bed on right side also. Toilet runs constantly. Air conditioning had issues. Ma Despite these issues, the overall house was nice. Good space. Great views. Nice location w beach.had issue w pool being closed. Was repeatedly told by rental group that there was a “shared” pool we could use despite the neighborhood pool being closed. Turned out their salespeople didn’t know the property and the “shared” pool was in fact the pool that was closed. Caused a little bit of confusion

Unsafe deck

The location of the house is great. The house could be great but NEEDS some serious TLC. The deck is just all around dangerous- everyone got so many splinters bc it’s in such bad shape. Several of us were cut by rusty nails and I had one break off into my foot. The hot tub was gross when we got there and had to be cleaned. The floors need to be seriously cleaned. After only being there for an hour our feet were black on the bottoms. It’s fine if you don't want to invest in the property but don’t rent it out then. I’ve seen reviews going back to 2020 saying how bad the deck is and still no one is doing anything about it. At one point we were trying to hammer nails down bc so many were just sticking up all over the place.Also we removed the sheets like we’re supposed to before check out and the bed cover underneath that doesn’t get removed had gross stains and blood… so that was super gross to see especially knowing that doesn’t get taken off and cleaned regularly.

The hot tub has also been thoroughly cleaned and is now maintained on a more frequent schedule. We've taken additional steps to improve the overall cleanliness of the home, including deep cleaning the floors and replacing stained bedding to ensure all guest areas are properly sanitized between stays. We understand your frustration, especially seeing that some issues had been noted in past reviews. Please know we are committed to maintaining the property to a higher standard moving forward, and truly appreciate your feedback in helping us make these necessary improvements. Worst Vacation Home

If you’re looking for a vacation home full of surprises, look no further. When we walked into this home, the floors were so dirty that our socks turned black and there was visible food all over the top floor. When we turned the ceiling fans on, dust went all over the beds, and the overall state of the home was much less appealing than photos. The furniture in the living room is dilapidated and uncomfortable, the garbage cans are duct taped together, and the dishes and refrigerator shelves are super glued back together. There are nails and screws sticking out all of the deck. The main king master bed was broken and they’d previously fixed with painters tape. After waiting 3 nights for maintenance personnel to correct, they stated they fixed the bed as best as possible but it needed replaced. The support legs were sideways and not touching the floor after they left. No one ever came to replace the bed or even gave us the courtesy of reaching out after multiple attempts. Nothing in this home is properly fixed or maintained. There’s mold in the washer and the lights on the side of the house are literally hanging off by the wiring. The toilet seat in one bathroom doesn’t fit, the curtains have holes, and the beds are uncomfortable. Overall, completely dissatisfied by the lack of communication from home owners, lack of response to issues from Vacasa, and the state of the home. You could not pay me to book with Vacasa or stay in this home again.
