Excellent location with lovely ocean and pool views and easy access to both. Communication with the front office was efficient from the moment we arrived. Unit was clean, tastefully decorated and included all the essentials. Elevator was great for getting bags and groceries up to the unit.

North Topsail Beach

The condo was very clean, listing photos very accurate, great location. My family stayed here while visiting my son at Camp Geiger. It was convenient to get to Camp Geiger. Grocery store and Walgreens were near so it was easy to get anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again.

Awesome

We love the property, only suggestions take better pictures showing how close you are to the ocean. We were so pleasantly surprised how close this property was for getting into the ocean. It would be a huge selling point for the property.

Slightly less than perfect, but close

View was amazing (pool, palm trees and ocean). Has all the basic amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms still have the original formica counter tops and the kitchen and shower/tub are small (like everything was when it was originally built) but the owners have done a nice job renovating the place. We had a wonderful vacation.

Nice beachfront condo

This condo has a great beachfront location. The balcony offers views of the pool and ocean, with plenty of seating. Inside, there is plenty of space for 4-6 people to stay and not feel crowded. The building offers carts, which made it easy to take luggage up the elevator. To us, the biggest negative was the beds in the second bedroom. They need replaced, as they are uncomfortable, even for younger people, and very loud/squeaky.

Nice, but could use a few improvements!

The condo was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. It had awesome pool and ocean views from the balconies, and we loved that they were close by and easy to get to. My biggest complaints would be the beds. The master wasn’t very comfortable and the two in the other room were very noisy, uncomfortable, and felt broken. The WiFi was good except in the second bedroom. The cable was frustrating because we only found like four channels we could watch. The elevators on our side were not working. It got tiring fast having to walk up and down three flights of stairs. But besides those things we had a wonderful week and would probably stay here again!

Hi Amy, thank you for your detailed review and for choosing our condo for your stay. We're delighted to hear that you found the condo spacious and clean, and that you enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen. It's wonderful to know that you appreciated the awesome pool and ocean views from the balconies and found them easily accessible. We apologize for the inconveniences you experienced with the beds, WiFi, cable, and elevators. We understand how these issues can impact your stay. We will look into upgrading the beds to ensure a more comfortable experience for our guests. Additionally, we will investigate the WiFi signal in the second bedroom and the limited cable channels to improve these amenities. We are also addressing the elevator issue with our maintenance team to ensure they are operational for future guests. Your feedback is valuable to us as it helps us improve our services. We're glad to hear that despite these issues, you had a wonderful week and would consider staying with us again. We look forward to hosting you in the future and providing an even better experience.

The condo was amazing. Great view and lots of space. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and tools to prepare meals. Very close to the beach. If I had to pick 1 complaint, the dryer in the unit did not work very well. Other than that, we would stay here again.

Condo needs updating. There must have been a flood or something in the kitchen because the floor was very uneven and cracked in front of the refrigerator. Need to get higher toilets for us older folks. Was okay for a couple of days.Pool closes at dusk and they are very strict about it. Not the fault of the owner,; however, if you intend to spend time at the beach, there is no beach left at this part of the north Island.
