Treat yourself and your family to a much-deserved escapade at this peaceful home located in a quiet mainland community just a couple of blocks from the Intracoastal Waterway and walkable to restaurants and shopping. This newly updated home sits on .40 acres (two lots) on Eyota Drive, a highly desired street to live on. You can walk to supermarkets, restaurants, shopping boutiques, beauty salons, and so much more. The beach is two miles away!

The home enjoys an outdoor patio area where you can relax and sip your morning coffee or evening cocktails after a fantastic day at the beach. As you enter, a cozy open floor plan will greet you. The kitchen is complete with everything you could need to prepare the most delicious meals, including stainless steel appliances, a high-rise kitchen faucet, and a tiled backsplash. The open living area provides a great place to host binge-watching evenings thanks to the smart TV. Streaming services will require a guest account to access. When it's time to hit the hay, there are three private bedrooms for unwinding. Additional perks include central AC and a washer/dryer.

Wonderful stay.

Great little place. 30 minutes from Holden Beach. 8 minutes from Ocean Isle Beach. Code entry made arrival much easier Nothing major looked to need repair/ maintenance. Wonderful place to visit. Will highly consider returning to this rental

Roach-fest

We would absolutely not stay here again. When we arrived it took us 15 minutes on the phone with vacasa to even get in the front door as the lock was broken. While we are trying to get in we were also trying to dodge a giant wasp next attached to the front window. When we finally got in we were greeted by a plastic bag full of dead roaches in the middle of the kitchen table. We disposed of it and then went to see the bedrooms, in which we found that the primary bedroom’s light is rapidly flashing. We call back about the roaches and light and bring up the lock again. They tell us a maintenance man will be there between 9-10 am the next day. So the next day we wait and wait and call back and the man gives an attitude asking “who told you that someone was coming out there??” over and over again. He tells us he is sending someone out and then I get a text insinuating that I am the problem with the lock. The maintenance man arrives around 1 pm and tells us the lock is always messing up and shows us how to adjust our bedroom strobe light as well as handles the wasp nest. He was the ONLY useful help we got. Then on our last night in the middle of cooking we open up a drawer to get utensils and LIVE roaches are crawling around inside. If it wouldn’t have been the last night we would have been gone immediately.

Please know that your feedback is essential, and we have passed your comments along to our local manager, who will work with the homeowner to make any updates. We deeply apologize for the pest issues you experienced during your stay and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. Our homes are treated quarterly for pests, and our property manager has assured us that they are taking preventative measures to combat the entrance of unwanted critters. Regrettably, with the home's rainforest location, as well as the climate of the island, pests are not uncommon. We apologize for any missteps, as it is never our intention to disappoint. We look forward to your next stay!

The rooms were clean. This VRBO is pet friendly. The house is in a quiet area. Convenient location close to Publix, a strip mall and a McDonalds.
