Ultimate relaxation awaits at this beautifully updated home featuring a private pool and a tranquil waterway view. With beach access only a 5 minute walk away, this home dotted with mature palm trees and a completely enclosed backyard is perfect for families and pets. Sunbathe on chaise lounge chairs between refreshing swims. A poolside dining table invites meals alfresco any time of the day. Sip morning coffee and take in the pool and water views from the screened porch or upstairs balcony. Enjoy a spacious, open kitchen and living area as well as two well-appointed bedrooms on each level. Other amenities include central air conditioning, and a washer/dryer. Plus, new TVs, new flooring, new paint, renovated bathrooms, new gas grill, and a new boat dock have been added with your comfort in mind!

Great Weekend Getaway

This was my first time at Sunset Beach and I’ll definitely be back! The condo was perfect for my boyfriend and I’s stay, exactly what we needed. There was more than enough room and we enjoyed winding down in the relaxing living room at the end of the night.

We enjoyed this home. Clean and comfortable for our family. A small issue with the ac unit but was handled immediately. Our only reason for giving this apartment 4 stars instead of 5, is that we did not realize one bedroom did not have central air. Fortunately we were able to move the baby to the living room if it was too hot.

vacasa is a MAYBE for future bookings

After a glorious day on Sunset Beach we returned home to be locked out of the condo. Not fun when the code nno loner works! (day 2 of a 3 day stay!) We called the 800# on the vacasa booking and (thank goodness for a bit of charge on a cell phoneand a baning data plan!) we connected with someone, dug through emails to find the reservation code, and got the "new" door code. Great way to ruin a fun beach day vibe, Vacasa.
