Wonderful large home right on the beach

We enjoyed our stay- it was a large home with plenty of room for everyone and the view off the porch was fabulous

Ideal for a Big Family

Six bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths were great for our 4-generation group. The kids loved the quick beach access and us old folks enjoyed sitting on the covered porch and watching the pelicans fish. We have been vacationing in the SandWitch for about 20 years and have loved every minute!

Sandwitch was great

We had stayed at this house years ago and it was fun to see the beautiful remodel. Everything is light and bright which is exactly what we look for in a beach house. Although it is an older house, the owners have kept it up and it was a comfortable place to relax and enjoy that incredible view of the ocean!

Great Vacation Home

The Sandwitch in Holden Beach, NC, has been our family vacation home for about 20 years. With 6 bedrooms and a big dining table it accommodates our multi-generational family comfortably. I (at age 92) spend most of my time on the large covered porch listening to the waves and watching the pelicans fish. Younger family members enjoy time on the beach and in the surf. Great place for a family vacation!!

Best Vacation Ever

Very clean upon arrival. Easily accommodated our family of 9. Sitting on shaded deck watching the ocean was so relaxing. Vacasa personnel were incredibly friendly and helpful. Had small issues with deck chairs and a door latch and they were dealt with super fast. Will definitely book with Vacasa in the future!

Currently having stayed at Holden Beach annually for the last 8 years, this home was accommodating for a family of 12. The bungalow was found to be more updated and safer than other homes we've rented. This home has potential for a return visit.

Spring break 2022

The size of the home was really great for our family of 6. We didn't really use the lower level at all, but it was nice to have. The kitchen is way bigger than the photos let on, which was great. The weather was perfect, the beach was perfect, the deck is a really great size. We rented bikes and just rode, played, ate, and enjoyed ourselves the whole week. I would definitely book this place again!

We totally love the beach view...hubby parks on the deck for the week. The number of bathrooms is a real plus when you have 12 people. Sandwitch is always clean and ready. Parking area is spacious. It is just perfect.❤❤❤❤❤

Injured due to property negligence.

I was injured on the property on the first evening, cutting my foot on a wood 2x4 “pylon” just buried below the sand leading out to the beach. All other pylons meant to keep guests from walking on the sand dunes were each at last 1 ft above the sand line however the last was sand level unseen along the walking path just below the sand. The local Vacasa contacts sent out maintenance crew who installed a new pylon above the sand line the very next day after reporting the problem. Sadly my vacation was pretty much ruined as I spent the time hobbling and couldn’t enjoy walks on the beach with my family or using my metal detector on the beach as the soft sand made it unbearable. I have been reassured for weeks that the local Vacassa team would have corporate contact me but 20 days later and numerous “you’ll be contacted today” have gone without contact leading to additional frustrations. I have pictures.
