Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: After 3:00 PM

Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and approval.
Please message us at least 24 hours in advance for special requests.

No Smoking or Vaping

Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the house or near open windows/doors.
A $250 fee applies if evidence of smoking is found.
You’re welcome to smoke outside only, using the provided ashtray or designated area.

Pets

Pets allowed only with prior approval.
Please clean up after your pet and do not allow them on beds or furniture.
A pet fee may apply.

No Parties or Events

No large gatherings, parties, or events allowed.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Please respect our neighbors and the peaceful nature of the property.

Cleanliness
Please treat the home as your own.

Wash dishes or load the dishwasher before checkout.
Take out trash and place it in the outdoor bin before leaving.
Extra cleaning due to excessive mess may result in an additional fee.

Safety

No open flames (candles, fireworks, etc.) inside or near the home.
Use the firepit or grill safely and never leave them unattended.
Please review the emergency contact information and fire extinguisher locations upon arrival.

General

Only registered guests are allowed overnight.
Report any damages or issues immediately so we can address them quickly. Rearrange furniture only if necessary, and return it to its original position before checkout.
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
