The house is spacious but several significant issues made for a disappointing stay.The reservation process was frustrating. I had to reach out 3 times over the course of 3 days before the reservation was accepted. The map placement in this listing is inaccurate and much further away from Central Ave as shown in map listing.The listing advertises 4 bedrooms and sleeping for 8 — there are only 3 actual bedrooms with no sleeping arrangement for 8 people.Master bedroom has a king bed that is extremely uncomfortable — as hard as a table. Bedroom 2: communicated as a queen bed but it is actually a full-size mattress on a queen metal frame. The box spring is visibly dirty, appearing as though it's been stored outside, with leaves and dirt on it.Bedroom 3: Full-size bed with a twin trundle The 4th bedroom is not a bedroom. It is an open room off of the kitchen/living room leading to the garage and driveway. This room is empty with no bed or closet. The house was not as clean as expected. The coffee pot had not been washed, the small area rug in the common area is visibly stained, the fabric on the 2 chairs are stained and the couch covers are covered in lint.The kitchen is under-stocked for the number of guests this property claims to accommodate — no serving utensils, no kitchen towels, minimal pots and pans, and dishes for only 6 people. Towels were limited to 6 total and there is only one bath towel hook available between both bathrooms.
