Stay in NYC in style for the winter holiday season (available dates: Dec 15, 2025 - Jan 21, 2025. 30 day minimum. 37 days max) with this furnished converted 1-Bedroom Lower Penthouse unit with an UNBEATABLE view of Midtown Manhattan and the Empire State Building. This is a *Sublet* for rent in the Hudson Yards / Hell's Kitchen / Times Square area.
We are temporarily renting out our gorgeous, fully furnished, converted-1-bedroom 16th-floor corner setback (penthouse-like) unit in the stylish contemporary (opened in 2017) luxury high-rise, Henry Hall, located in the heart of Hudson Yards and Hell's Kitchen. This is the optimal location to access Midtown, just a stone's throw to all of Broadway, the Hudson River waterfront, shopping and sights -- but set back comfortably from the crowds and noise.
